So pleased to receive a beautiful dress for my staycation I own a lot of Vivienne s clothing over many years and they never fail to make you feel totally special and unique

Had a faulty item and the the person I spoke to was so helpful - even after I didn t get back to her after a few months and was so helpful with locating my package when I had returned it incorrectly

I am following up on an earlier review that I left here sincw I can t find a way to edit that one After some frustrating experience awaiting my package for over a month and dealing with a not too friendly VW employee I was finally contacted by another employee who was very helpful and genuine and made sure the package finally got to me Which it did albeit some month and a half and a trip to the customs office later All that said I LOVE my new earrings They are very well made the clasp is smooth and easy to work with the shine on these things is incredible I am extremely happy now with the prosuct despite the long wait due in large part to the confounded brexit and the hassle

Just received the necklace I ordered Very well packed and delivered on time Very happy with my purchase The necklace looks beautiful the pouch is very pretty and the box really nice too My daughter will be so happy Thank you

I am so surprised at the bad reviews I was notified when my item came back in stock in my size - a coat - I ordered - and UPS delivered It came beautifully packed enclosed within a dust bag - the only thing missing was the hanger Apart from that - no issues with the whole process

So I usually don t write reviews but seeing all those bad ones I felt obligated to write this one Firstly the customer service team was the best one I ve seen amongst other stores very responsive in 1 hour Also my order was very quickly shipped and arrived on the exact expected date In 3 days

Received an online order which had a quality fault issue After a quick phone call to customer services a lovely lady called Slava arranged for a replacement item to be sent next day by UPS and I made a quick and easy return of the faulty item via UPS drop off point Excellent customer service
