Painless Experience

Buying many cars over the years I ve always dreaded the car-buying experience because of the pushiness pressures anxieties and arrogant attitudes that some salesman put on their customers I stopped by Wesley Chapel Toyota just for a test drive and expecting all the aforementioned attitudes Got none of it Chris was just the nicest salesman I ve ever dealt with in fact the whole dealership was full of customer first attentiveness that I ve not seen in dealerships before What turned out to be a test drive turned into a purchase of my new Prius and I feel great over the whole experience No butterflies or angst over getting ripped off Nice to buy a car bring it home and NOT have second thoughts angst or buyer s regrets Just me enjoying my new toy All thanks to Chis and the wonderful team at Wesley Chapel Toyota Kudos to all of you

I recently went to Wesley Chapel Toyota with the intent of buying a pre-owned car When I arrived the car that I had in mind was pulled up and cleaned ready for my test drive Despite the many questions that my father and I had our Salesperson Harry Whitaker fielded them all even bringing in mechanics to help us understand the condition of the car We liked the car despite a small ant problem Harry had the car shampooed and cleaned far beyond our expectations Satisfied with all of the interior and exterior parts of the car Harry gave us a great deal on the car I drove away a happy customer Fingers crossed I won t be car shopping again any time soon but if I do I know where I ll go
