Cannot recommend WGU enough

I have attended several schools in my non-traditional path in education both brick mortar schools and online schools and WGU is hands-down the best I have attended in terms of value and content WGU is regionally accredited highest level of accreditation and means its legit WGU is non-profit so you don t feel preyed upon or taken advantage of WGU is competency-based and I feel like I could focus on the content and my projects rather than stress about the traditional GPA-based score WGU let me work full-time while completing my degree and I graduated with no debt I cannot recommend WGU enough

My program mentor Ashley was the best part of the experience Ashley helped me so much that she made it easy to do my assignments and not worry about all the other stuff I had to figure out how to do For instance she guided me through the process of getting all the requirements done before I could do my field experience It made it nice for me that she knew what to do and I didn t have to spend time interpreting what was required

Dream Came True

WGU made my dream of obtaining a Bachelor s Degree come true I never thought I would be able to afford a higher education I wasn t sure at 36 years old if I could keep up with a younger generation of school work I finished my Bachelor s Degree in five months I am now enrolled in the Master s Degree I cannot wait to obtain another degree from WGU They have made my life and career even better They can for you too Do not be afraid You can do this

I loved my experience at WGU Tons of resources available so no matter how you learn there is material for you As someone who has a full-time career and family the lack of weekly deadlines made my life easier I had tried to finish my degree at other universities with the typical programs but could never get it done I finished my degree in 9 months at WGU I tell everyone thinking about going back to school about it

WGU allowed me to accelerate my degree and save money while receiving incredible support from instructors mentors and past current students The tuition at WGU is a flat fee I could complete as many courses as I could within each term With plenty of free time I completed my degree in just 1 5 years compared to the 3 years it would have taken at a traditional university WGU is always updating the curriculum so it stays practical and relevant to the real world Earning my degree gave me the skills and confidence I need to start my new career

Affordable flexible and practical WGU has solid systems in place to support students Some of the textbooks for classes need to be revamped 10 years old but they seem like they might be doing that soon Mentors are a treasure when they re a good fit Don t be afraid to request a new one if it s not a good match Sherri Fields was an amazing Program Mentor The MBA Healthcare Management curriculum was insightful Overall a solid school and would recommend to anyone desiring to pursue their education while working or parenting or both
