Dangerously low level care Clearly laden with staffing issues certainly in the waltham forest district of london There is a clear breakdown in management Private care companies in London are in dire need of proper controls but this company fall far short of the other other agencies we have used I would highly recommend you avoid

My wife was having care until the end
My wife was having care until the end of November last year and notice was given to cancel her care package At the office in question DID NOT address issues that their carers had brought to their attention which resulted in five of their carers refusing to support my wife As I said in a meeting with the branch manager and the area manager if it was discussed when there had been issued then perhaps it could have been sorted out My wife who is vulnerable and has mental health issues was at times not receiving any support for the last two months of you supporting her It appeared to me that the carers were calling the shots on who they want to support which I find very remarkable I feel you have a lot of issues that you need to address and I am seriously considering to seek further advice of the issues my wife had that should never have happened The quality of some of your staff were rude and did not know how to care for people properly
