Purchased brand new Dr horton home First mistake Came with Whirlpool side by side refrigerator 4 months refrigerator completely stopped freezing and cooling Took whirlpool repair 1 week to come said compressor and whirlpool takes at least 10 days to send Well the repair has the part and won t come out until the 19th Bad product and service

Whirlpool range microwave wall oven combo Do not purchase this approximately 3 500- 4 000 duo We are in a new build area and have this built in model all across the new build homes by Oakwood in Banning Lewis In 4 years the same appliance repair service has come to fix the door hinges and switch now 3 times and we will have to do this over the life of this Model until we replace it as will anyone who purchases the model Shame on you whirlpool-Model WOC54ECOHS03 whirlpool kitchenaid banninglewisranch

Unacceptable customer service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today I called regarding a part that is covered under warranty and spoke with a representative named Madison When I inquired whether the order placed by Via the installer company had been approved I was unable to get a clear answer neither a simple yes nor no Furthermore when I asked for an ETA for the part I again received no helpful response Instead I was told to contact Via directly I followed this instruction only to learn that Via had no information regarding the delivery of the part Frustrated I called Whirlpool again and requested to speak with a supervisor Unfortunately I was informed that no supervisor was available and I would have to wait until the next business day for a call back This experience has been an absolute waste of my time and I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with no resolution Definitely no Whirlpool products for me in the future

Poorly designed refrigerator falls apart in 1 5 years Horrible quality

As part of the deal when I bought my house in Dec 2022 the previous owners had to replace the existing refrigerator They left a brand new Whirlpool Firstly the design itself is awful Nothing fits well into the shelf compartments as if the engineers just threw something together without any regard for what might be stored there The top isn t flat rather it s bulging as if someone jammed stuff inside to make it fit and now the seal on the freezer has peeled halfway off so the door no longer shuts right leaving a situation with ice and frost forming inside I would expect more from an old established brand like this including a company that can stand behind a major purchase like this for more than one year I will probabloy soon be replacing this unit and will steer way clear of buying any Whirlpool products in the future

My electric burner stopped working

My electric burner stopped working after 8 months I contacted store and two service calls later no success I contacted whirlpool corporate complaint desk 906-289-3643 and they helped me

No stars This company is the worst ever I bought a brand new refrigerator from them Whirlpool and within about a year and a half all of the plastic shelving began inexplicably cracking and then fell apart To add insult to injury when I called them to notify them about this very weird phenomenon they completely couldn t care less and said that the warranty had run out and it was just too bad There would be nothing they would even attempt to do for any kind of compensation I repeatedly made contact with them over the following six years including writing letters accompanied by photos only to be flicked off and ignored with a smugness normally attributed to the Mafia or some other criminal organization Do not buy anything from this poor excuse of a company

They deserve ZERO STARS Worst appliances I have ever owned in 60 years of life I bought a new home it came with 7 Whirlpool appliances I would have NEVER PURCHASED them on my own Within 1 years ALL 7 HAVE HAD TO BE REPAIRED THE COMPANY IS FULLY AWARE THEIR APPLIANCES ARE GARBAGE EVERY DAY I received junk mail to purchase extended warranty FOR 400 a year FOR EACH APPLIANCE This is their SCAM THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY BY SELLING JUNK AND GETTING OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR WARRANTY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY SAMSUNG OR ACTUALLY ANY OTHER BRAND All of my neighbors also have terrible awful problems with the Whirlpool appliances

Rebates are a hoax

Bought a washer dryer and dishwasher 4 months ago They still haven t send the rebates We ve called Emailed They ve said it was on the way for over a month now in the mail After spending months saying the website was down etc They re fraudulent
