This is the worst experience I have
This is the worst experience I have ever had I have never written a review before but I want to warn people I ordered a part that said it would arrive the following day or two After a few weeks I checked in on my order I logged in and said I had no order I talked to the super frustrating automated chat that said I did have an order and the part was in the warehouse that it wasn t shipped I was charged on my card I called and spoke to someone They said they would make sure my part was shipped A few weeks later it still hadn t arrived I called and spoke to someone else They said it hadn t shipped yet They said they would make sure it got shipped A week or two later it arrived It was the wrong part unfortunately which was my fault I called several times to ask about exchanging it Sometimes the number didn t work Sometimes I was on hold for hours and no one answered Right now I am going through the chat and it said it was connecting me to someone It estimated 26 minute wait Here I am an hour later and no one is answering the chat and now the chat bot is asking if it can help me and probably going to reset this whole process again This whole process has been months I definitely recommend not ordering through this site see if you can find another parts dealer

Terrible Customer Service Employees and Logistics
I ordered two refrigerator drawer replacements for my Whirlpool unit in December 2020 I received no updates but whenever I checked my order status online an estimated backorder date would continue to slide month by month After nine months I requested an update 18SEP and the live-chat representative Jessica would only read me new estimated backorder date When I asked if the factory could be contacted for more information on whether or not the item was being discontinued or if it would ever show up she ignored the question and give me an ultimatum to either cancel the order or wait Terrible customer service employees and terrible logistics I will be avoiding Whirlpool products from now on

Incredibly UNhelpful Support
I ordered a part The same day I called to cancel the order I was told that their company is too big and they ship too many products every day in order to cancel my order So when I received the order I reached out via their website Live Chat Jason did not answer my questions about how to return the product He then abruptly kicked me off of the chat without making sure that I understood the process

The parts department is a complete ripp
The parts department is a complete ripp off I ordered a small plastic piece for my warming draw for my stove It s literally a 25 cents part that they sold me for 12 PLUS 6 for shipping I knew I was getting screwed but needed this little part I got the part and they didn t even include a screw so I can screw it in I called them back and they sell this little screw separately for 9 Are you kidding me Will never again buy a whirlpool product

I ordered refrigerator door handles in stainless steel they came in Black The order was wrong another order came in and it was the wrong part and I had to pay to send that back Then I ordered refrigerator handles and they were defective the screw would not go through it was bored incorrectly therefore a screw Could not go in properly to attach For the grand finale your employee Leticia couldn t realize that I was at my Wit s end and tired of calling Whirlpool to do something I had already mailed pictures of this asked for replacement part no such luck they are incompetent your employee Leticia is very rude and once I was tired of her trying to just pass me off or just give me my money back instead of giving me the part that I deserved that I paid for She began to call me a child and tell me how I needed to act like an adult because I was tired of the lack of care and concern from your customer service very rude She was very very rude how dare you talk to me the way you did Leticia

Worst customer Support EVER
Worst customer service ever Paid 36 43 for 2 hinge bushings for a dishwasher Shipping address was incorrect Stuck in Fed Ex building Fed Ex said only shipper can change address Whirlpool Parts say we can t change the address once it is shipped Therefore they have 36 43 charged to my credit card and I have no parts They state there is nothing they can do BUY PARTS FROM AMAZON - less money free shipping AND you get the parts

Replacement Rinky-dink Door Bins are RIPOFF
Whirlpool ships new 1700 00 refrigerators without some of the door bins and shelves I go online and see they want 60 00 to 71 00 for the chintzy plastic bins Other parts -- they don t even offer Buy a Frigidaire Followup - The refrigerator section does not include an air filter in the air intake You have go on the hunt and buy one yourself

Untrustworthy information about part compatibility
Searched for a part RepairClinic said was unavailable without an equivalent Other sites did as well For the heck of it I went to the main website for Whirlpool put in the model of my dishwasher and it showed the original part as no longer available but showed another marked This part fits your Dishwasher I ordered it It doesn t fit - not nearly long enough When I started the return process I rechecked the website the same way I searched originally and the erroneous suggestion of the part I had bought was removed I still am going to be out not only their shipping cost to me but double as much for me to return ship it to them I did not know RepairClinic had bought the name or the rights to whirlpoolparts com I can tell you the info was not in sync between the two websites and it has cost me money and aggravation and having never had an issue with RepairClinic in the past I am sorely disappointed in them DO NOT TRUST THE INFO ON WHIRLPOOLPARTS COM
