On hold over an hour three times today
Every time I need to call the owner office to make a reservation or deal with a waitlist or anything the wait time is over an hour I used to have such huge praise for this company but it is very difficult to talk with a customer care person With the huge dues that we pay please hire people that can assist us

I DO NOT RECOMMEND WorldMark
WorldMark has been the most dissatisfying company I have ever had deal with I have called wrote emails left messages for someone to reach out to me regarding my contract with them I have tried to terminate but no-one would help me just kept getting transferred and 2 years later still getting bills in the mail I DO NOT RECOMMEND WorldMark by Wyndham to anyone This company does not keep their promises and does not care about anyone who goes in contract with them Oh and don t forget the hidden fees that no one tells you about I am beyond frustrated with this company

Place sucks
we mailed our payment approximately 1 week prior to its due date and they took approximately 2 weeks to process the payment and now they are punishing us with a late fee If World Mark would step up to the 21st century and put things on computers so payments could be made online things would run so much simpler and smoother Dumbassess

Is it fraud
I appear to be getting incorrect information when trying to make a reservation The website shows availability but will not let me finalize a booking 13 months in advance There reservation representatives tell me there is NO availability This cannot be true It appears there may be some kind of fraudulent activity here Where is all the inventory going I have been a member since 1999 and have never experienced in all those years what is happening now I have filed a wire fraud complaint with the FBI to get their actions on record

I have had alot of difficulty with
I have had alot of difficulty with extremely long wait times sometimes over 2 hours just trying to talk with someone regarding an account issue When i finally get someone of the other end i have gotten disconnected or transferred and the wait starts all over again I pay almost 500 quarterly for dues and I am just disappointed with the phone administration staff Please hire more staff and try to improve this issue

After 26 years the companies going downhill Had a representative lie to me about specific benefits and then when I found out I was misinformed they tried to make me pay for more credits just to fix the mistake of the rep The Lies-Promises of future personal assistance from the sales manager when it is illegal for sales rep to talk to customers after the sale My mom was promised this twice 2021 2022 then purchased more credits at Seaside Stating they are held to a higher standard as licensed Real Estate brokers in ORE Bellingham office had us forge my father off the account replacing w the daughter there to buy more credits without him It s an unethical company money driven they don t care about members no matter how long you ve been there Complained to corp office they blamed us Avoid at all costs The debit this has caused will haunt me for years Liars to your face

Worldmark is a ripoff to owners
Worldmark is a TOTAL ripoff to owners They have used Covid-19 as an excuse to take away privileges this past year Resorts were closed yet we continued to make maintenance fees They took away our right to book timeshare unit for one night Now they automatically cancel after the fact any multiple reservations made Forget the fact they NEVER told owners of this policy change and they allowed owners to make multiple reservations without a guest name New people visiting Worldmark or Wyndham resorts and you are stupid enough to buy into a lifetime of hell well you deserve it

Don t buy unable to book reservations
Unable to book reservations the points seem worthless now Haven t used them on the last 2 vacations If you ever go on a timeshare sales presentation just say NO to all of their high pressure sales tactics Worldmark quality has gone to less than zero since Wyndham took over Even 13 months out booking more than 2 days in a row is almost impossible however you can get a 3 night stay where they try to sell you another timeshare Just say NO and enjoy the free stay

We are dipping our toes in the water
We are dipping our toes in the water and so far it s very difficult to navigate through our initial venture We have our booking confirmation for an Anaheim resort but it s hard to access the features inclusions online Looks like that s about par for the course I ll be sure to update this review after our experience

WorldMark is a total scam and there should be class action law suits against them New website does not work with multitasking error No one answers phone at the help desk I am so frustrated Old website was basic but at least it works Worldmark as a company is incompetent Their staff are greedy manipulative liars They sell more than 100x over their actually inventory Calling them a scam or Ponzi scheme would be a compliment Save your and frustration stay away
