The worse customer service
I accidentally bought a dinner table in August and immediately emailed customer service for cancellation They said it s impossible to cancel and I need to send it back once it arrives Since then they have created 13 TIMES pickups which were canceled each time without reason They made me wait at home every time they made a new pickup and NOBODY CAME or left a note Sounds like a joke The delivery company simply doesn t want to carry the table and cancels the task XXXLutz doesn t take any responsibility or action to solve this issue and keeps giving me new pickup dates The worse customer service I have ever deal with You are a ticket for them to put in done and push the issue to someone else
