I went into XXXLuts Cernice

I went into XXXLuts Cernice I bought a curtain pole it had a price 559Kc with a line through it and underneath was a black 499Kc I took the pole back to the cashier and she said 649Kc is the new price and she actually said that to me Incredible that a company would cheat people out of money by ADDING money onto existing prices I m angry and I will be spreading this news on all online media sites Mr John Potts

THE WORST company to purchase from We ordered our kitchen in July 2023 and it arrived in January 2024 with EVERYTHING wrong The wrong fridge size a broken sink and all the countertops were the wrong size After numerous emails and calls nobody got back to us Only when I posted on TrustPilot did they reply But three weeks later I am still sitting here without a solution They refuse to pick up the wrong fridge and also refuse to give us a refund I have spoken to over ten employees Each one promised me that the manager would call me the next day They never did Half of the employees can t speak English and the one employee was SO rude to me on the phone She continued shouting at me and wouldn t help Do not order from them ever

Complaints department nonexistent

I ordered three ceiling lights they all came in with little problems wit delivery but not XXXLutz problem Problem starts when I discover one delivery was damaged in transit I try writing and asking if I can send the item back for replacement but no reply for several days I saw that the item came with return papers with option to request replacement and tick that and send it back Several days later still no reply on complain but suddenly I see the ammount refunded on my account I made the purchase with discount and if I want to purchase it again I need to pay 50 more this time I wonder if they give discounts only to push damaged items I give two stars because I got two other items but the way they ignore complaints is appalling

Its pure luck

If you are lucky then everthing will be delivered as agreed but if anything is missing then it s nightmare to co-ordinate and get it back I m following up with them since month but no progress yet

New bed without equipment and slow customer service

Ordered a new bed got it without screws and all the equipment The customer service told me after an week that the equipment will be sent from the manufacturer Now I am sleeping on a mattress surrounded by boards since three weeks no equipment found the way to me and the customer service is not responding Last time I ordered something at XXL Lutz that s for sure

If possible avoid buying a kitchen here

We purchased a new kitchen from this store and while we are very pleased with the quality of the pieces we received our experience with the sales and delivery process was terrible The salesman pressured us to sign the contract on the spot during our first appointment without allowing us time to confirm the furniture colors and appliance types and without making sure that the measurements he took were correct He claimed that signing later would have resulted in a 20-30 higher price He assured us that we could change anything at any time in name of flexibility but he would turn down every change or adaptation request thereafter A week later a carpenter came over to measure and we had another appointment with the salesman to confirm the delivery After the initial planning almost nothing could be retained in the new plan due to the salesman s incorrect initial measurements causing us to downgrade the cooktop and give up on some furniture pieces When we questioned why the price had gone up by over 3 000 instead of being lower the salesman could not explain it in any reasonable way and provided different answers each time we asked He refused to let us challenge the price or adapt a piece of furniture in a corner As the dialogue became increasingly confrontational we tried to contact XXXLutz via email and phone for a complaint but were bounced back to the salesman every single time When we finally spoke to the kitchen department manager in person he listened to us and agreed to lower the price to the initial offer we had received However he later discovered that the kitchen had already been ordered without us confirming the final offer indicating that the salesman had kicked off the order without our consent Fortunately he was able to put the order on hold allowing us time to review the final offer and confirm it The kitchen installation team was impolite and difficult to communicate with They demanded that we refrain from checking on their progress every 30 minutes despite working on our premises When I attempted to assure them that I was not interfering they made disparaging remarks about us in their native language which though I do not speak it I can comprehend for the most part When the countertop company came over to take the final measurements they figured out that the whole kitchen was shifted by 10cm in one direction making it impossible to fit the countertop The only way that would have worked would have been to partially disassemble the furniture and remove a windowsill that was staying in the way and was considered during the planning phase XXXLutz had the decency to deduct the demolition costs from the final invoice but in the meantime I had to look for a separate contractor myself to get the job done Finally the kitchen was in place after several months of back-and-forth but the final invoice did not include the deduction for the windowsill We had to contact the kitchen department manager again to sort it out Once again we must acknowledge that he was quick to assist us and we are grateful for his professionalism It seems that throughout the entire process the salesman was more concerned with making a sale than ensuring that the customer s needs were met From pressuring us to sign the contract on the spot to providing incorrect measurements to giving inconsistent answers about pricing I found the salesman s behavior unprofessional and misleading Overall the behavior of the salesman and the lack of accountability from XXXLutz is unacceptable and highlights the importance of being cautious and thorough when making large purchases with this company especially when dealing with high-pressure sales tactics

Poor

Great consultation in store and our kitchen was delivered within a reasonable time of ordering and the team that installed it were great They were finished in 3 days and were very careful not to damage the house or the kitchen That was where the positive ends They brought the wrong sink and the fridge freezer unit was also missing parts meaning that we can t use it fully That was in Oct 13th We are now mid Feb and I am still waiting for the replacement sink and the replacement part for the fridge Was told they would arrive early Jan Took the day off work to receive the delivery only to be called at 12 on the day to be told the parts weren t there and they wouldn t be delivering After email exchanges with customer service they told me the delivery would be the week of Jan 29th Today on Feb 8th still no delivery No response to emails to the customer service team which were sent 10 days ago Terrible customer service I won t be buying anything from XXXLutz again

Added one star after issue being resolved In short we were promised model in 2-3 weeks and it got delayed 3x from the start We have been in Schwainfurth 02 03 2019 where we were first told model 000725001701 is on stock but when we sat with 2nd sales person to make the order there was no stock of the model 30 minutes later We were told it will take 2-3 weeks to get it again as noted on order confirmation document - CCA 2-3 weeks We were informed to arrange delivery termin online and were dissapointed we will get it by 02 04 2019 instead by middle March A week later we went to Wurzburg to check the XXXL store there and bought some chairs Then we asked if there is a possibility to send us 000725001701 faster we had no furniture in new apartment website said that store has it on stock 3 days later we got a call it will be further delayed to 17 04 from 02 04 as already arranged In meantime your company made action on price of the model lowering price further another 200eur and claimed delivery 3-4 weeks We asked for discount and received 184eur coupon nice to spend on something more we thought On 03 04 2019 your logistics left voicemail on contact phone number that delivery will be END OF MAY I went online to check status of order thinking something could be wrong it stayed on Bestellt and if i want to arrange a delivery termin it offers 19 09 2019
