Ordered a couch It came as advertised will gladly order again

I had my kitchen installed on 30 12 and 1 12 The boss who helped to install the kitchen asked for the final payment which was not the correct amount stated on the bill He said he would take the appliances away if we don t sign the payment After calling the back office we signed the payment with the correct amount But very bad service n experience I had countered This is common sense people will not sign something which is not correct especially amount transfer I hope the company can employed people that are more professional At the end is service People will not go back to buy But I do appreciated Martin who helped us planning the kitchen

Excellent selection of goods

I ordered a couch from XXXLutz after the purchase I went on trustpilot and saw the reviews and was very apprehensive of my purchase but my experiance was completely opposite The couch was delivered within the specified amount of time It came in perfect condition and the delivery was flawless One day before delivery I got a call from their office asking me when would be a good time and date for the product to be delivered I really appreciated that because i do home office and not all times are great for deliveries due to meetings etc I chose next day delivery and time slot The installation was done professionally and on time i will gladly order again from XXXLutz

A friendly and patient customer service with good English speaking skills

Excellent selection of goods Issues raised were dealt with quickly and without pain Even for a Brit sitting hundreds of miles away the service was brilliant

Quick resolution with damaged product

I had a very nice experience from the customer service of XXXLutz I thank Mr Simon Steffan for patiently explaining every question regarding the order which i have received as a damaged package He clearly told me all the possible options that can ease my burden in contacting multiple times Especially thankful to him for speaking very nice English and made my life even easier which is not always the case when trying to contact customer care services in Germany A big THUMBS UP Best regardsKurra

Very helpful and kind personal

My order was not available online so I ordered instore and it was delivered to me in good time Some parts of the product were damaged however after speaking to them on the phone they immediately resolved the issue by sending new replacement parts in a matter of days

I was there to shop a few things I can t say nothing about delivery because just two weeks ago I was there What I want to say is about their employees I was helped by Frau Furtwangler and she speaks very good English she was very kind helpful and patient I m so thankful I hope that I will meet this kinds of people in Germany because usually i ve meet cold ones

Bedroom set and kids bed

The prices and delivey of the products were amazing I received a Dining table and sofa of great quality at affordable prices They even combined a few of my orders and helped me save shipping chargesThe team was very prompt and quick even when i had to cancel something and request refund

I bought a bedroom set and kids bed While the quality of the bedroom furniture was good the kids bed especially the lower one should have a proper slating frame The original packing came with 3 pieces and the bed keep braking I had to buy extra wood pieces to fix it Also the assembly wasn t very clear when there are identical pieces in the packing Tagging such wood pieces will make life easier
