Deposit not returned after cancellation!

Paid the deposit and then decided to go elsewhere. They kept the money and charged a cancellation fee. The only positive was the initial quote was competitive

Contacted support three times about a missing credit and each chat ended with the same scripted reply. The agent refused to transfer me to a supervisor and told me to screenshot the conversation (the transcript never arrived). Still waiting for a refund after two weeks.
