Nightmare with managed property

Been renting a CPH managed place for 8 months. Boiler broke in november took them 3 weeks to send someone out. Mould in the bathroom they keep saying is condensation but its clearly a leak. Emails ignored until you ring up angry. Deposit protection info was wrong too. Avoid if you can.

Delivery moved twice with no updates

My delivery was moved twice and nobody could give me a definite time. I called three times and each call ended with another promise of a callback that never came. The car itself looks nice, but that has done nothing to make up for all the wasted days.
