The Absolute-Snow team are a fantastic bunch of customer-focused online snow shop As an international buyer I ve raised a number of questions with them and I ve always had prompt and courteous responses No question has ever been too much to ask I rate their service as gold standard There are some snow shops here in Australia that have an online presence that could learn a great deal from Absolute-Snow Thankful for a pleasant purchasing experience

It is only when something goes wrong that you can differentiate between those firms with good customer service the rest My goods didn t arrive despite the courier s site saying that they had them The courier site also said that if I hadn t received my goods within 7 days I should contact my supplier well I live in Jersey so I gave them an extra day However there was still no sign and I duly contacted Absolute Snow Within an hour I received a reply apologising for my inconvenience and advising me that they would treat the goods as lost in transit and that a refund would be with me within 5 days The refund duly arrived within the 5 days stated I didn t re-order the goods straightaway as I was away from home on holiday which was a good thing as after 15 days the original order arrived Thank you Elli at Absolute Snow for dealing so promptly with my problem Nil points to Evri for delivery
