The Absolute-Snow team are a fantastic bunch of customer-focused online snow shop As an international buyer I ve raised a number of questions with them and I ve always had prompt and courteous responses No question has ever been too much to ask I rate their service as gold standard There are some snow shops here in Australia that have an online presence that could learn a great deal from Absolute-Snow Thankful for a pleasant purchasing experience

Excellent Service I ordered a backpack and it arrived so quickly as always But there was an issue with its zipper and they arranged an express exchange I wanted to use the backpack for my upcoming hiking adventure and was a bit concerned that I wouldn t get the new one before But here s the hocus pocus part it arrived the day after Thanks for your prompt and fantastic service

Great customer service

It is only when something goes wrong that you can differentiate between those firms with good customer service the rest My goods didn t arrive despite the courier s site saying that they had them The courier site also said that if I hadn t received my goods within 7 days I should contact my supplier well I live in Jersey so I gave them an extra day However there was still no sign and I duly contacted Absolute Snow Within an hour I received a reply apologising for my inconvenience and advising me that they would treat the goods as lost in transit and that a refund would be with me within 5 days The refund duly arrived within the 5 days stated I didn t re-order the goods straightaway as I was away from home on holiday which was a good thing as after 15 days the original order arrived Thank you Elli at Absolute Snow for dealing so promptly with my problem Nil points to Evri for delivery
