Customer Service at its best I had to return a faulty pair of wellingtons and expected the usual no help at all attitude Absolute Snow are the exception they handled my issue swiftly Regular emails and the refund was set in motion Such a pleasant change to experience the professionalism of this company If you enjoy outdoor pursuits it s a must to visit their website

Great company

I ordered on Saturday late afternoon 19 08 23 2 different winter hats Dare 2b on Monday morning 21 08 23 informed me that they have everything what I ordered and that they will pack my order and it will be collected shortly by Royal Mail or one of their own couriers and later that day they informed me that the order was despatched using Royal Mail 48 with fully trackable service and package arrived morning near 10am on 23 08 23 what can I say just fast and very good quality service from this company

Great customer service

I ve bought multiple items from them in the past 8 months and a few items developed a defect Not a retailer fault I just decided to buy a cheaper option But their customer service is excellent I was always kept up to date with the claim progress and they never made any trouble accepting my claim Very recently I bought a snowboard from them and it arrived scratched I contacted them and managed to send it back same day item collected from my home and received replacement on the next day

Returning customer for everything snow related

Every time we need something outdoorsy I check prices on Absolute-Snow and often they either have a good offer or the items are just well priced I got here my awesome pair of Majesty Fox skis which arrived equipped with a free protective sleeve which was so good that it survived two flights and still looks like new Now a year later I hunted down a Dakine ski boot bag at a ridiculous 21 price mark We bought other items and everything seems of good quality plus the shop team is super responsive and handles returns well Cannot recommend them more Thank you Absolute Snow

In contrast to some recent reviews my experience has been of excellent service on my second purchase from Absolute Lowa boots ordered late Saturday evening order acknowledged early Sunday morning and delivered this morning by Evri Great boots at a price some 40 less than many other sites Very happy thank you very much Absolute

Fantastic service

Having been let down by another company for a 24hr delivery of a ski jacket I found Absolute Snow online and ordered a Yuki Threads Northbound jacket It was ordered 10 pm Monday night and arrived 10 30am on Wednesday morning Absolutely fantastic service from a great firm Can t recommend Absolute Snow highly enough

Five star service Ordered some new walking boots via absolute snow they came within 3 working days from my purchase date- packaged well And thought the whole process I was emailed updates about my order Will definitely buy from here again and recommend to friends and family

Full Marks to Marlon at AbsoluteSnow today An excelent example of how customer service should be Freindly helpful and went out of his way to deliver the goods Other staff on phone were helpful but sadly I didn t get their names I went in to collect one snow board and left with two Good service and very competitively priced Definately recomend and will be back

Speedy delivery as hoped for

I ordered a Sea to Summit self inflating camping mattress on Friday Paid the extra for next day delivery as I was going camping on Sunday and thought it would be good to try it out A little concerned after reading other reviews but I received updates via email and my mat arrived at 9am the next day Very happy
