Would use again

Positives-honesty of staff a mobile phone was left on show in the car and after contacting Holiday Extras the phone was hidden out of sight to wait for our return Car drop off and pick was very straightforward Clear instructions on where to find out car was very helpful Negative - it was impossible to speak to a airparks staff members regarding the left phone as they never picked up the phone

Generally very good service

Generally very good service Last time we had to wait quite a bit of time for the buses to leave both arriving and departing this time it was much quicker The only thing I d say is the tarmac at the Glasgow parking is very u even in sections some of it is even stones I d expect this to be replaced given time Additionally the roads leading to the car park are very dark difficult to drive in There are street lights but none of them seem to be on Contact the council about this please if they are responsible Thanks

We used the Airparks at Luton never a problem before the driver would not let us on with a drink - I did not like his attitude but he was quick to reverse out when a woman with her young child was still making her way to her seat on the bus and she and the young where not seated

Excellent Service

I always use Airparks and I find them to be the best I normally use the drop an go where you just leave the car at the car park drop off and you puit the the key in a secure box However the most recent booking I had to use the self park This is not bad and is very convenient with ferquent buses to Luton It is only in the next parking compound drop and go But however hard I tried I was unable to book the drop and go So i suspect the business model has changed Airparks are very good and always have staff available to assist However I marked them slightly less for the booking experience this time They could have added a message stating why it was not available Overall I recomment AirParks at Luton as being the best

Convenient friendly GATWICK APH

Great customer service and easy to book APH buses run frequently so no waiting around at the airport Third time using the service where previously I have used long stay inconvenient or valet parking services never there when you land and will continue due its its ease and convenience Small point of order- first time I used the service my car was right at the front for collection Second time about half way down the lot On this occasion my car was in the furthest corner away from reception If the car was closer to the front this would have happily been a 5 star review

Meet and Greet at Luton really

We chose Meet and Greet at Luton airport and had little problem getting to the M G area Unfortunately it was cold and the wind was howling through the exposed and open sided car park Not a good start The greeting staff were helpful efficient and friendly The Airparks information sheet says From the car park it s a 5 minute walk to the terminal The lift down is in the opposite corner of level 3 Remember this is in a howling gale and we are in our eighties with 2 23kg cases hand luggage This takes you to a long bridge across to another lift to ground level From here it is a 5 minute exposed walk to the terminal Is this really what you pay for when you select Meet and Greet

It was a little confusing getting into

It was a little confusing getting into the carpark it was full and cones had been put across every entry point I had to get out my car and move a cone to get through we had pre booked that carpark So a bit misleading Other than that it was so easy and straightforward very convenient Would definitely do it again

Edinburgh easy to find and check car in and easy to check car out Only issue was everything and i mean everything was moved in the car seat moved forward and back rest altered rear view mirror and both wing mirrors were moved a little extreme when the car was only moved about 15 meters from where dropped off had to spend a good 10 minutes putting everything back to normal
