Simcard re-activated not even inform
Simcard re-activated not even inform customer until I realise no mobile network after that I call to ask them about my mobile network not working they still teach me how troubleshooting my phone doing network searching and reset my mobile network but done all steps the problem is persistent Almost spending whole morning and till noon 1pm the problem is still cannot resolve And I start repeat my morning question is it you have already cancel my mobile network today morning around 8am and later they check and found out the answer is yes they has de-activated my mobile network this morning oh no this is what Singtel provide us the service Damn not professional and poor service Wasted all our precious time Singtel is getting bad to worst

NOT HAPPY WITH SINGTEL
I bought S18 Singapore dollars Singtel tourist sim DID NOT WORK in Thailand Not happy at all Very disappointed I highly recommend HOTLINK PREPAID Much cheaper and it s 5G and it s works perfect

Woeful service
The AI function in their chat function is hopeless then when eventually you get a real person they take ages to respond to your queries as we are dealing with multiple chat functions at the same time The service is atrocious Would have been quicker for me to go to a Singtel shop - and all I was doing was advising of my change of address

Stay far far away from this egregiously overpriced company and their awful service packages
Not only did I later find that there were much better service providers out there but a whole lot less expensive for more data on a 5G plan They are way way overpriced and are now wanting to charge me an additional fee just to not get the private number display on calls to me even from people I have saved in my phone book And now I m stuck with their garbage service because of the yearly contact BS Shame on me for not taking the time after moving to Singapore to pour through the reviews before getting a much needed phone number That s on me but after finding out how excessively overpriced they already are and feeling the pain in my wallet now so bad that the early termination of my contract would be too much to switch then to find out that a service that should be standard seeing the name and number of those in my contact list is going to cost me extra What a kick in the mouth That s just too f ing much If you re reading this stay far far away from this company There are much better options out there for less money

Upgrade What Upgrade
Ever since my service was upgraded the wifi in my house has been terrible The strength in each of our bedrooms is much worse and more frustratingly at least 2 or 3 evenings a week the wifi completely stops working I ve tried the chat feature to get help but only get a reply overnight or the next day while no one is at home and no troubleshooting is possible I am now paying MORE and getting LESS Customer support is nonexistent and only seems to operate at Singtel s connivence not mine Like I am suppose to wait up all night to get an reply or not go to work to wait for a reply In the end someone will come over again at SingTel s connivence not mine meaning that I would have to take time off of work and drive 25 minutes to my house so that I can hear that there is not problem because it magically works whenever someone comes I am beyond frustrated I ve been trying to get this resolve since a couple of days after the so called upgrade which is clearly a downgrade for me The only one getting an upgrade in this situation is SingTel who got an upgrade in what I pay them

Bought the expensive package for
Bought the expensive package for Singtel adverting their quick service Dont waste your money on it you only get to speak to their useless virtual assistant Impossible to speak to a real agent Only once you cancel they will contact you Singtel still owes me money but impossible to contact so I will just report to police How bloody sad this company

Awful company
Awful company Can t talk to any living person to respond to questions about the bill Always out to make a quick buck from giving so called freebies with the phone plan the sneakily charging people after the 3 or 2 month expiry of the freebie Some of these freebies can t be deactivated on their website

SingTel s service sucks
SingTel obviously doesn t know there something called customer service Must be totally foreign to them Called their hotline which simply hung up on us after putting us on hold for a long time This happened multiple times Finally decided to go to one of their centres at Nex and the guy there Kenneth just said he didn t know as that issue was handled by another dept His wonderful advice Please call our hotline He simply ignored the feedback that we were unable to get through and just kept repeating - call the hotline

Bad experience
Last Dec my Singtel line just got terminated despite making full payment And after several calls not able to reach the customer contact centre Eventually I had to go social media and write a nasty feedback on their service Then the virtual chat assistant texted me This month I received an overcharge bill and found out I was being charged for services I never used before
