In a market full if woefully incompetent utility providers Pure Telecom are the best in my opinion Had a landline issue today It s a business phone so needed a prompt solution I spoke with David in tech support and was sorted within a hour Kudos to him Moving from Eir to Pure for phone and broadband was the best commercial decision I made in recent times Please keep the service up and thanks David

I called the help line at 9 05 to report the cable was down By 15 30 the engineer had been replaced the cable and got us back online again Phenomenal service I m 100 satisfied with Pure their call staff and engineers Faultless
