Website very difficult to negotiate Wanted 4 year GAP cover but every time you go back in it s flicked back to 3 years Easily buy the wrong one Found it difficult also to find my precious quotes When I eventually found it this too had gone back to a 3 year policy even though I opened it as 4 years

I would like you to cover my deposit on my vehicle The company only covers up to 3000 00 which is too low considering the cost of new cars today The client should not be exposed and should be offered an option to cover all costs even if the premium is higher

It s easy to buy but the age of vehicle categories are too broad so you end up paying a bit more Still waaaay cheaper than manufactirers offerings Price isn r everythinh though - no way of assessing quality of claims service

The website was quite straight forward and easy to use The only thing i found was that they did not have any information regarding the excess for the GAP insurance which i had to telephone them so i think they should have mentioned that information on their website which would have been useful so that is why i gave them a 4
