Dedicated Engineer

The Engineer was very dedicated to finding the fault and solving it also understood my urgent need for heating and hot water Just a long waiting time on the Customer Service line was not so good JMT Hampshire

James your engineer traced a leak to motorised valve near the boiler So I m happy that the problem has been identified Even though it s not covered by the boiler warranty I am making arrangements for a replacement valve

Boiler fixed after a cold start to the New Year

Our boiler broke down New Years Eve Contacted Alpha through the online helpdesk late afternoon and was surprised to get a response an hour later Many thanks to the adviser on the helpline who kept in touch over New Years There was a weeks delay when the local company Alpha referred the job to turned it down due to lack of capacity After we called to see what was happening Alpha sent their own engineer who came out and fixed the boiler within an hour of arriving Impressed that he came with the right parts and fixed it so quickly He was friendly and good humoured too Now have a toasty house after a very cold start to the New Year

Service has been excellent

Service has been excellent only downside was that the problem occurred over the Xmas period and it took over a fortnight for an original Alpha Eng r to come out to change the faulty fan Fortunately we were able to reset the boiler when it tripped so we were not actually without heating or hot water at anytime thankfully

Andy came round to service the boiler and investigate a leak There was a part he needed so he booked to come back He rang earlier than the arranged date which was brilliant and cheerily did the work - no mess and no hassle Absolutely brilliant job and lovely guy - he takes tea with one sugar and he is ace

Perfect service

Adey was brilliant phoned me the day before the appointment for a 3 hour time frame After hearing that i had no boiler for a week due to gas company faffing with the pressure over 4 days he said he would come out to me first Texted morning before with ETA and was bang on time Part replaced and boiler back on Lovely guy and fantastic service thank you
