BRILLIANT SERVICE FROM ALPHA ON OUR AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP

Called alpha about a fault on there air source heat pump and boiler a very helpfull engineer pulled up within 2 hours of our call and was brilliant walked us through the faults which were made by a different company who installed it put everything right and set the system up properly for us which has made the world of difference Thank you and we would highly recommend Andrea

A Fast Efficient Support Service

These guys at Alpha are first class Not only the people that take the initial call but all the people in the delivery and support process I recently called them during this unbearable cold weather Jan 2025 to notify them their boiler had stopped working It was around 8 30am when I called notifying them that there were children in the property all under 10yrs old By 10 30am 2hrs later they had an engineer out and the boiler was fixed I can t endorse Alpha enough the second emergency callout that they honoured and completed efficiently and swiftly Brilliant

I ve been fitting Alphas for roughly 20 years and been a loyal installer The product speaks for itself I was unfortunate to find a problem with and new appliance which is very rare i contacted Alpha directly who jumped on the situation The main service agent made contact and was extremely useful Within the window of my call the engineer Phil came to my aid The issue was resolved within 3hrs of my call In this day and age manufactured problems don t happen very often but by receiving this level of service I shall continue to install my preferred Boiler Phil is a credit to the company with his friendly professional manor He s knowledge of Alpha boilers goes beyond my expectations Much appreciated keep up the hard work

I contacted the company yesterday and was told I would be called back once the appt team had looked at my request I was contacted within the hour with a slot for first thing this morning First class service and fault fixed first time keep up the good work

Andy was brilliant arrived within an hour of our call to Alpha He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand Andy ensured everything was running perfectly before he left His professionalism expertise and friendly attitude were second to none Not only did he fix the problem with care and precision but he also gave us helpful tips to keep the boiler running smoothly in the future It s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers Just honest high-quality service Thank you Andy for making what could have been a stressful situation so smooth and hassle-free

Great service from Alpha for a boiler breakdown from start to finish Telephone service was very good and Andy the engineer did a brilliant job for us He is thorough extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done well He really does go the extra mile
