Great support If there is a problem with an item sold or shipped by Amazon they resolve it very quickly When a power button on my phone stopped working after nine months they provided a full refund

Very kind helpful and good customer service Orders comes fast and the returning is fast and easy they even pay the postage cost when you send the item back to them Just awesome

Difficulty adding a new Delivery address to complete purchase

I have been UNABLE to add a NEW DELIVERY address website keeps looking for a German Eircode to include in an Irish address Consequently I have been prevented from completing a purchase on Amazon the past 3 days It s been absolutely frustrating I ve missed the date for which I wished to purchase a gift There was no obvious place to contact to voice my problem Other people have had the same experience

I don t enjoy buying in this platform I had problems with SEVERAL orders AMZ never responded taking care of customer I m talking about canceling orders changing prices on same products delivery delays up to 30 days Nope never get a positive or caring answer Even talking to a person it seems to be chatting with a bot

They used to be good until almost a year ago but they have become very unreliable by using multiple inefficient shipping companies at the same time for different items in one single order Items often are not delivered on time and they couldn t care less about customers time and convenience it has become very inconvenient to shop from them Will never use them again
