Reordered as the first time UPS claimed to have delivered to my house and they hadn t Second delivery the same the driver is obviously dishonest as yet again he claims to have delivered to me in person Amazon won t do anything until the last possible delivery date By then there will be no chance of finding my parcel

Amazon is a crooked company them for people are terrible You can t hardly get nowhere with them they put you on hold don t come back to the phone you make purchases they charge your card then they send you stuff that you do not order they lie they invite you to put your credit your mercury credit card on file and whatever points and money you have you re supposed to be able to use them on Amazon That is a lie Amazon does not honor Amazon gift cards I got one for Christmas wasn t able to use It wasn t able to go into my settings and add and redeem Don t mess with Amazon and don t put your mercury credit card on there because they re liars they re thirsty they re cheaters they charge my mercury card 102 80 and sent me a trashy wig that I did not order and I m going to return it and they gonna catch it if they don t refund my 102 80 back to my mercury credit cardwhen I say them for people don t need to be in this United States cause they act like they don t understand language they don t need to be they re terrible terrible Terrible terrible

Amazon ES does not give the actual delivery cost until you have made your order they also do not make it clear where the items are being sold from and that incurs a higher than given delivery charges Today i ordered 2 RAM memory modules for almost 29 Euros with a given delivery charge of 3 45 Euros When it came to finalising and paying for them there was an extra surcharge or delivery fee of a further 10 Euros this is nothing short of a scam i immediately cancelled the order as should anybody else being basically held to ransom for delivery They are just telling you to pay up the extra or you will not get your order so its either ransom or a scam make your own conclusion on that

We are Prime members in the UK and have never had a problem there We are also members in Spain After 8 months away due to COVID-19 we arrived on Friday night to find that our car battery was flat We had left it on charge but there had been a power cut which had tripped it We have no food and a car that cannot start We ordered a starter Charger and paid extra for a sunday Delivery Early Sunday we started receiving messages about our delivery 6th drop etc right down to next delivery We followed the driver on the Amazon App Map He she spent an hour going around in circles but never getting closer than 200 metres to us Does the Driver not have GPS or Google Maps Why did they not telephone us Eventually the map closed and the driver disappeared We telephoned Customer Service who would not listen to my wife a native Spaniard but just kept repeating that the order was out for delivery She tried telling them many times about the driver but customer services were not taking any notice She asked to speak to a supervisor but was ignored I sent e-mails but got the same mantra Why do they not listen to their clients We try to help them but they are so full of their own importance that they just ignore you They should all be sacked and replaced by people who actually care about the clients the ones paying their wages
