I have used Amazon for what feels like
I have often ordered through Amazon and it is usually fairly easy and delivery on time But this my new phone got list by the carrier No problem I thought I contact Amazon to get a replacement Now 3 days later the carrier has still not been contacted by amazon for a confirmation of the lost goods and for some reason Amazon doesn t answer any of my questions I just keep getting an automated email from their customer service representatives I doubt they even read what s in the emails Edit got a replacement in the end and this time they send it with DHL express
