Purchased Amuse Pro 1 week ago under the email matthias at nastenkamusic comAnd contacted support to help with the transfer of our entire catalogue from another distributor I was thrilled excited and happy with the choice especially after Spotify Support themselves recommended Amuse to us This comes after our previous distributor 3Tone Music went bust resulting in all our songs with 200k streams being taken down from Spotify and still not being back up All I want is peace of mind for my artists knowing they are in the hands of a reliable distributor through which we can reactivate our songs and release our upcoming album However despite the promised 24-hour reply I haven t received a single answer from Amuse nor is there a button to request a refund Since you have violated your Terms Conditions which state You may only receive a refund of your paid subscription if Amuse is in direct violation or breach of these Subscription Terms of Use I request a refund
