Terrible Support and No Refund Option Violation of T C

Purchased Amuse Pro 1 week ago under the email matthias at nastenkamusic comAnd contacted support to help with the transfer of our entire catalogue from another distributor I was thrilled excited and happy with the choice especially after Spotify Support themselves recommended Amuse to us This comes after our previous distributor 3Tone Music went bust resulting in all our songs with 200k streams being taken down from Spotify and still not being back up All I want is peace of mind for my artists knowing they are in the hands of a reliable distributor through which we can reactivate our songs and release our upcoming album However despite the promised 24-hour reply I haven t received a single answer from Amuse nor is there a button to request a refund Since you have violated your Terms Conditions which state You may only receive a refund of your paid subscription if Amuse is in direct violation or breach of these Subscription Terms of Use I request a refund

I try to cancel but always failed it

I try to cancel but always failed it show I will switch to undefined and will charged undefined amount next year At that time I think I already successfully cancelled But I got charged again on the renewal date Ask support for refund and got refused I have never used their service Then I recorded the video that I cannot cancel on the date I contract support and sent to her and ask for explaination No answer no refund and I have to spent almost a month to chat with support to get my plan cancelled But still no refund and no explaination about what happened in the video

Just don t

The only good thing about amuse was the support But now they don t even have that It takes the support a couple of days to answer instead the promised 24h and now there is a annoying chatbot that kills the last of your nerves So atm amuse delivers -Bad Support-Annoying Chat Bot-Worst Website in the industry-Slow processing-Small selection of stores-They don t deliver to all stores you are paying for and do not even bother to tell you

Absolutely atrocious company

Absolutely atrocious company I ve had my account stopped the day after I paid them for a year for violations nothing specific No explanations Trying to contact them is impossible This company is a scam I gave contacted both PayPal and Google to get a refund Avoid use another vendor I can see legal action ahead

Unilateral closure

Suddenly without warning they pointed out a violation of the terms and closed the account You will not be able to access the information earnings etc of the songs you have distributed so far This is a terrible company and I do not recommend it

Amuse steals royalties how to fight back

Amuse uses unfair contract terms to steal royalties The company unilaterally deactivated my account without reason and will not release my funds They refuse to communicate with me only sending a form letter without any specific information on why they have deactivated the account without offering any explanation or appeal process I see many similar reviews If this has happened to you consider sending an email to the Swedish Consumer Agency konsumentverket at konsumentverket se Amuse s actions are unfair contract terms which is a reason to make a complaint

Even though they unilaterally deleted my account they continue to send me subscription marketing emails Do we use mailing lists freely It s an unethical organization I can never forgive you

Abysmal Customer Service

I really didn t want to make this review It s a shame because every other service you offer seems quite satisfactory in my opinion But if this is the only way to get through to you then so be it I made a ticket well over a week ago requesting a few changes to an upcoming release in March As a Pro user I thought I was guaranteed fast-lane support within 24 hours but we re well past that now and the ticket still hasn t got a response I wrote an email to your support email a few days ago about the matter still no response Another ticket over a week ago about YouTube Content ID no response I replied to a past support ticket over 24 hours ago regarding a different issue also no response I get that you re busy and I get that you re switching to a new customer support system But no response after over a week is extremely disappointing especially as a Pro subscriber

Awful customer support

Awful site Submitted a customer support request it s been 3 weeks and no replies For a simple email address change Update It s been another 3 Weeks and they still haven t done anything Ticket Id 91

I WAS very happy with Amuse until

I was always very happy with Amuse until recently Shortly after I paid for a new year of their PRO plan they froze my account out of nowhere due to alleged fraudulent streams on Spotify even though I have never used any promotion services or bots They fail to show any evidence of fraudulent streams and there are also no suspicious things going on in the stats Spotify themselves also told me there seemed to be no issue My account seems to have been flagged by an automatic system and because of that they are unwilling to even reconsider reactivating my account EDIT below you can find my reply to the feedback from Amuse on this review Your sophisticated processes are obviously massively flawed Any human looking at my streaming statistics can immediately see that there was no indication for fraudulent streaming The Spotify employee I contacted even told me there was no issue with my streams The majority of streams even came from Spotify editorial playlists But let s call it like it is it s cheaper to ban a customer than to have an actual human verify if a positive detection coming out of your defective AI alghorithms is actually correct It s pretty obvious you did not carefully investigate my account or you would have seen that the allegation of fraudulent streams is total nonsense You claim to have sent me details in an email but this is also not true I have asked for more information time and time again and you guys failed to provide me with proper proof or anything that actually indicates fraudulent streams When I showed you guys the statistics the only reply I received was we will not reconsider You guys also refused to return me the money that I just paid for another year of your services The only word I have for your failure to deliver the services I paid for is fraud You guys just claim that I breached your terms of service don t provide any evidence for that claim and use that as a reason to ban my account and steal my money I just call that a scam
