Amuse was very helpful and responsive

Amuse was very helpful and responsive when I inquired about their process for official artist youtube channel Aylee directed me to very clear instructions to get it done She was also very accomedating when my promo code to signup for boost didnt go through After some communication back and forth she offered a compromise that was actually better than the promo code itself I can t imagine why I would distribute my music through anyone else Top class corresponding and resposive 5 stars all the way

Great costumer service

Amuse is great and all but Lukas their representative helped me a lot with a release issue I had and he took the extra mile and did more than he needed to help Lukas you rock

Great customer support

Great customer support I had a problem with my release couldn t release it because I didn t include my old IRSC code not their problem I just didn t know I contacted them and they responded within few days which is okay for me They told me that I need to delete my release reupload it with the old IRSC and contact them again about the artist name change They are a little bit strict about the text in your art work but so far no problems 9 5 10
