I can t recommend them at all I mean the app is slick when it works properly and that s about it As a Pro user I expected at least good customer service but they don t even read the messages you send they just reply an automated message with a link and close the ticket I tried taking down 3 releases many times Two of those disappeared from Spotify the remaining one never even says taken down Problem is they re all still in Apple Music months after the request and who knows which of the many other distributors The wallet doesn t work either - it says Two-factor authentication needs to be enabled contact support to enable it And you guessed it there is no support to contact so no wallet I d say if you just want try out with your first releases go ahead but if you re serious about your music or business go with one of the bigger more established companies They all suck one way or another but at least there s some customer support

Customer service is inadequate I can t say too much because it is a free service I hope they are more responsive and helpful with their paid member package I ll continue to use them for some releases just be advised if you face any issues and need Customer support

I ve been trying to get in touch with Amuse for well over two weeks for my taxes I ve emailed them twice left 4 ticket requests And I ve only received 4 emails saying how was the support you received with no actual support whatsoever When I left bad reviews on every single one of those emails I still got no reply Normally they are timely with support but if it s urgent and they don t reply there s absolutely NO WAY to get in touch I m on their most expensive package but it s still impossible to get in touch with them

Please I need the right contact number for there customer support The app is great but I paid someone to upload and create my account on this app and has refuse to give me access to the account My music is there and I have no access to the account I am looking for a way to deactivate the one there and create another account bymyself which I will have aceess to

Everything sounded alright-ish plenty of users user-friendly website a one month window for the distribution bear in mind rejections even when parameters are met take 3-4 weeks to notify extending the release time 100 of the royalties is yours Until I had to change my phone number which took four 4 months with me exasperating contacting Amuse all over again and again and no reaching out unless a couple of automatic ones till the end After uploading my third track a month later I received an email stating non-compliance with a parameter false and a copyright violation I promptly replied by saying that the few seconds of an unknown music I added to my piece were copyright-free and the artist was added to the contributors however I was gonna contact him to ask for an explicit permission The same day I got another email from Amuse that simply said Your release s have been taken down and your account has been deactivated That s it They reached back to my reply 4 weeks later with the same explanation At least I didn t reached the minimum withdrawal otherwise the only way to at least try to see my money was by suing the company Embittered I created a new account with a different email address even after uploading a previously accepted track they deactivated it

My music artwork was said to be the cause of stopping my music release This was done without any specific references to the area of my music cover artwork that had an issue whether it was the artist name or release year and other details I can t find any fault with the artwork and customer care is slow to respond My release date is almost here and I haven t been cleared out This is the second music release that has been delayed I tried customer care and I was given an irrelevant response that I should do a free review here They totally ignored helping me Man the service is good in overall but the customer s personal attention is not there Till now I don t know if it was a Human being that read my complaint email or a robot I am giving up on Amuse I almost left I am just hoping to see if things would change If things don t I m off Thank you Amuse

They denied my song with ybn nahmir going back and forth not really exactly telling me what to do next they just talking about documents from the owners rights but who s the beats ybn nahmirs or what am confused

I ve been with amuse for 4 years now I pay for amuse pro I had an issue so I submitted a support ticket Initially they were helpful but there was miscommunication and a mistake was made on their end I reiterated exactly what I wanted in extremely precise detail in order to resolve the original issue and the new one that was caused by their support A different support agent replied to my email and said that my original support agent would reply to me soon 3 weeks have passed and there has been ZERO further contact My issue persists well over a MONTH after I submitted my ticket and is now WORSE than it was originally EDIT I ll give credit where credit is due Changing the review from 1 star to 3 They fixed the issue quickly after I brought it up again

I can t get login my account keeps stating Too Many Request I ve restarted my password many times and nothing works Please Help if you can

I like Amuse as my music distributor I just wish the Customer Service Agents had more training and knowledge about the music business in general I had to contact one of the Senior Managers to get my issue resolved
