My account has been suspended and deleted without giving me any motivation plus I can t access my Pro account and manage anything other than the fact that I didn t have royality I can t access the help center even to ask for explanations a scam since I pay an annual subscription I think at least access to the account paid and assistance should be guaranteed to everyone I do not recommend attention to all musicians

Multiple bad experiences with this company they failed to release music on time they Didn t approve of many many songs that where clearly perfect with no problems the app would kick me out they are scammers do not try instead go to a personal company to distribute close around your area or a better company they are not professional Leave while you Can don t waste time many bad reviews are true here and many bad bugs this app has and horrible support and also they have very slow support the service is lazy the releases are delayed they lie to you and they tie people up in contracts minors and etc don t try this company Ever I m leaving now Been a while lost all the trust with this company

They re a terrible company I used them for a few years because of the free option Let s face it no one makes money off streaming other than the companies Even though it s technically free they still take a cut in addition to 15 of any splits A HUGE problem with them is customer support They often never respond and when they do the brief usually unhelpful response can take weeks Not helpful when trying to upload a new release Another huge problem is they often make it very difficult to upload a release It goes into review then a week or two later you ll get an email that something is amiss even if it isn t to which it will take another couple of weeks to get a response to your response There are also plenty of stories about Amuse taking down people s music Hence artists losing all of their plays and having to reup their releases My advice is to avoid this company and find another one that s customer friendly and easy to work with Amuse are bad news

If i can attach screenshot or video so you will maybe believe I m boost member since 4aug 2023 i have been still requesting accept oac request and they mailed me my oac request resolved when i go my YouTube channel they didn t did anything today 2024 march What s wrong they told after 30 days they took more then 30days even after that i apply from new fast imidiate feature they have been verifying since 3 months

I m not happy with this service I signed up for the boost option at first everything was going great and my music was being released on music platforms as soon as possible now they are taking long to release my music Considering I paid for the boost membership That s my money gone to waste I was happy how quick I was able to release music and how easy it was on the app which is a great benefit They are a slow service and very unprofessional and unreliable You can t depend on them Seek other distributing service as you cannot trust amuse Avoid

I took my releases down and decided that I wanted to reupload them again because I was doing well And then out of the blue Amuse stopped releasing my music I paid for the boost subscription and they emailed me that my music was going to be released in stores as soon as possible I thought I could trust them I thought they were a good company because when I first signed up to them everything was going well and now they stopped responding Waste of my time You guys are a trap Leading musicians in to a trap and horrible customer service and treatment

They will take down your music with no warning no offering of opportunity to even know what exactly happened or opportunity to explain or fix anything And they take down your releases in every platform not just one platform in question If you think you deserve this type of treatment go ahead and release with them Response to your response No thank you I m not interested in using your service again or have any association with your company What makes you think you are entitled to take down songs without warning What makes you think you can take down songs in stores that s not having any so called suspicious streams It s like you accuse someone steal a sandwich and you just give death penalty to them and their family Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional Self centered operation

Can t login every time I try and login it says login failed I had my first release this morning and for the past 5 days of trying to login ive not managed to ive done the automated support but they said change your password which ive done 4 times now

I ve dropped a Track since Last week Sunday and Amuse told me that they ll review my song for 5 days This is the 7th day and They ve not given me any Feedback for my song

They got the job done removal of my OAC however it took 6 months of me trying to log in not being able to and back and forth communication that sometimes took a week to receive
