I cannot change my artist name i have contacted amuse and i bought the boost subscribtion please help me out AMUSE

Honestly when I discovered amuse io 2 years ago after having struggled with independence in my music career I was happy and grateful to them for atleast getting to distribute for free on their platform and verified on Spotify After a while I subscribed for pro and since then have worked tiredlessy and have released a number of projects with them including and ep and also been spending alot on promotion production and the rest but I ve come to discover that they have a big issue with Royalty remittance which I ve written them severally and always get same response of Spotify s 3 months delay before remittance and not able to get stats from some platform like Boomplayer and audiomack where i have at least 15-20k streams amongst others and bla bla Across all board I ve generated atleast 40-50k streams yet I have nothing to show on my amuse dashboard This is sad and wicked and inhuman yet I m a pro subscriber on the platform Then today on social media I saw a group of persons complaining of same meaning I m not the only victim of amuse but I promise you that I will go to any length legally to get all my money with you I have a 20 tracks album project 98 ready for release but I m going to use a different platform where I will get transparency as I continue my journey It doesn t matter how long it takes but will get my money from you amuse io I hoped for a better insight and you say you constantly distribute to platforms where you don t get access to artist stats and so how do I even trust you ain t playing me I m so mad and highly disappointed because you don t know what I pass through to make music everyday

I paid for amuse boost for an upcoming release 2 weeks later and not a Single word from the support even though i sent 2 support requests i have no idea How to solve this because no one is trying to Help me at amuse even though i already paid for boost

I have been having issue with my passwords being rejected and I have to keep changing them all the time and cannot get any answers from them I signed up for the Pro Boost plan but they never get back to me with answers

A while ago they asked for a paper from my parents so I could upload my songs and they said I wouldn t need to do that ever again A couple songs later I did and I just sent the paper again and my release has been extremely delayed and they have not reached back to me

Amuse is good in distribution but it is not at all customer friendly I paid for premium and let me tell you these guys don t allow you to control your account once you request to change your number they ignore the request you know why The few dollars you ve made that s now theirs and they let your releases stay on platforms to continue exploiting your earnings without you accessing your account This is not the only review warning you about this please investigate before making commitments I ve lost great deals and good music business connections

Started off being a good experience but since July I advised that my streaming figures were not displaying on the app and that I did not have a computer I also stressed that I m paying a big amount for the pro service Was told issues would be resolved in 2 weeks still waiting 3 months on appalling

i know you guys have been seeing several people ask about the phone number verification problem for awhile now which prevents you from setting up your wallet and you guys also do not respond to emails So there is no point of even continuing to email you all how hard is it to fix a phone number verification issue like seriously the app has potential but its the little things like that-which ruins the app completely you guys need to add a live chat feature or get a phone number for customer service or something and i already know if you all see this you will respond with contact our customer support which doesn t work id like to shoot you guys an ig dm or something i guess i have to just upgrade to pro

Having quite a hard time getting through to support It seems replies are answered here faster than any support request Ive submitted in the past 2 weeks for which I am still waiting on a reply In short I simply need my email address changed I have tried reaching out many times over the past 2 weeks via their website and direct email with no response I have a pro account but the email address domain it is associated to no longer exists hence why I need to change the email address on file
