I am a pro user Have many songs approved and ready to rock But it was earlier written within 14 days The release would be live How can we fasten the process after approval like is there any 24-48 service release the music after approval and everything

For starters it was great I could distribute my music for free and it definitely worked pretty well However I have a technical issue where I had a release taken down intentionally and about a month later the button to release is still locked I haven t exceeded any of the free limitations either I tried reporting it to customer service but I only got one response asking for clarification and no solution otherwise they haven t replied in roughly a week or so But in all honesty I don t see any other competitors who offer what amuse does for free Typically I would use Distrokid but I can t afford their 20 a month so Amuse is my choice That is if they ever let me release anything again for some reason

I have 2 different accounts on this apps but they shutdown both of em n i even can t login i have wonderful time with this company before but now I guess I have to move to other distribution companies-the shut down really affected me n really make me emotional since I m jobless and only depend on the streaming revenues as my sole n source of income

Not Amused this time around an error was made in my last submission and I was not able to make the changes

Poor customer service but I ll change my ratings if things improve

Account was frozen due to payment attempt and it took support 4 weeks to get back to me In the end problem solved but I was kept way too long in the dark

It s Tripy xon here I uploaded a song about 3 weeks ago at it has not been delivered to stores it s still saying 5 days in reviewBut it s been way more than that

This isnt the best site It is free and if you are trying to release a few songs its okey I sendt my song to them 3 weeks ago It says In review and aprox 5 days Im not allowed to set the release date myself and its very close And they still havent approved it use someone else is my advice

They can be a good publisher if you are lucky otherwise it can turn into a expensive nightmare I did pay 50 for my Amuse Pro account in the hope to upload my friends and mine songs However they did just only froze my account and didn t even approve any artist which I did upload So there wasn t even a second to use their service which I paid for Now I not only had to pay for literally nothing also I have to pay my lawyer to help me getting my money back from this scammy company Wouldn t recommend and I will update soon if something has changed Update I will get a refund within the next days It still was a lot of struggle and I m sure they wouldn t have issued a refund without me doing much for it Their website is still the best of all labels online but as I mentioned it is hard to evaluate if your releases are getting published or you will loose some money Overall you have to be lucky in my opinon

Was working OK until they suddenly decided I needed 2 factor authentication without any warning whatsoever Not good practice to introduce without telling people it is going to happen especially as phone number may not be up to date
