Hands down the best music shop around

Hands down the best music shop around They are not a big chain and are indeed a family run business they just seem as though they are because they are doing well I always get great service there they put up with me and the part exchange is always fair No one is perfect buy Anderson s really are a nice bunch From Senis in guitars to Paul in the high end bit and all the other guys and girls Top Marks and keep up the good work guys

I m dismayed at the negative reviews

I m dismayed at the negative reviews here I have had nothing but 5 star service from Andertons I buy a lot of musical gear If something isn t right for me their return service runs like clockwork - no problems at all fast and efficient Prices are very competitive selection is great and they run 0 finance - what more could you want If you ring them you get to speak to a knowledgeable guy who is straight onto your case I just received a pair of Adam studio monitors 900 Ordered at midnight two days ago and arrived this morning with DHL Express Andertons just became my Go To music store

Outstanding service

I watch Andertons on YouTube so was obviously going to look there first to my surprise i got a nice pair of headphones thrown in for free Items was dispatched straight away would ve got it a day earlier but never heard the delivery guy at the door but got it today so it s all good Outstanding service and would highly recommend

Massive guitar range fantastic staff

First time in and we had a great experience buying a second acoustic guitar dad bought the guitar I nearly bought a guitar The person we saw Sen spent a lot of time with us to show us different instruments explain the differences We didn t feel any pressure at all and absolutely love the guitar we found I would definitely recommend the shop for the friendly staff great variety of instruments knowledge and private trial rooms Will definitely be coming back

First time online order after being a long time window shopper on their online store Ordered an Aston Origin mic - swiftly dispatched and turned up the next day as advertised I always breathe a sigh of relief when I see DPD being used No complaints here and will use this store again

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service i bought a pair of Neumann KH 310 and experienced an issue with one of them I reported the problem on Saturday and on Monday 10am the courier arrived with a replacement that works perfectly and picked up the faulty one so at no point i was left without a speaker which is really impressive Thank you

Great Stuff

Having read a few conflicting reviews I was a little apprehensive about ordering online here especially since the product I was looking for was sold out everywhere else but strangely listed as in stock here Biting the bullet I went ahead and ordered and everything was plain sailing When I received the confirmation of dispatch I had a little look online and the stock had gone down by one So from this perspective everything is as it should be The item arrived the next day packaged brilliantly and all is good I really can t complain about anything from my experience all first class

Ordered a Behringer RD-9 on the 14 05 22 with free delivery with DPD on Monday 16 05 22 DPD delivered the Behringer RD-9 right on time Upon unboxing the Behringer RD-9 I was disappointed to find the PSU came with a Euro 2 pin slide adapter no UK slide adapter However a quick call to Andertons to explain the problem where they apologised immediately rushed me out a UK slide adapter for the PSU via DPD the very next day Overall great customer service Very happy
