I bought a Studio 15 decided I wanted to upgrade to Studio 210 Andertons agreed and the upgrade took place very quickly The Studio 210 turned out to be faulty an exchange was arranged again very swift in response and execution The replacement arrived today 15th November 2022 works as it should Efficient friendly service no qualms about upgrade or exchange Definitely a 5 Service for me

I was looking for the new Behringer JT-4000 MICRO Synth as it s a great gift for those getting into synths I had a look at Amazon UK and they don t even list it I had a look at Juno and sadly no stock I did a bit of searching and a few places came up but few had stock Anderton s came to the rescue and I placed an order at the weekend I realised I wanted something else and consolidating the orders to get free postage was attractive The web site can t do this which is frustrating but a phone call and the first order was cancelled It doesn t update on the web site which is a bit poor but it did get cancelled I placed a new order for two synths on Monday which qualified for free delivery and they arrived the next day It s an interesting twist that knowledgeable specialists now have better stock and better prices sometimes than the behemoth box-shifter Amazon

I had a warranty issue with a recently purchased Maped Hi hat stand connecting chain between pedal and rod snapped 3rd song into set one of a gig Rob in the drum dept Jumped on the issue 72 hours after initial report of fault the replacement part had arrived and had been fitted Rob thank you sir

I ve been buying from Andertons for some time even though I m in North America Shipping is fast and they do a great job of reviewing all the gear on YT so we can see how it performs out of the box That s an invaluable service for guitar players and why I value their business enough to place orders from overseas Just today I placed another order for 2 guitar pedals exclusive to Andertons but I ve already seen the YT reviews and know exactly what I m getting If you ve not seen their YT channel you need to look it up immediately The reviews are extensive and deep giving you more than enough info to make decisions That s worth a LOT

Phoned with a query about a guitar and got a very fast helpful response Placed my order online and despite it being after 3pm still got same day despatch so that it arrived before the weekend It was really well packaged also Overall really happy with the buying experience

I bought a Squier Paranormal Telecaster Thinline which was reduced to 210 due to having a fault in the finish by the neck plate which turns out to be a very minor hairline scratch I m so pleased with this guitar and can t believe how much of a bargain I got The guitar arrived very quickly and very well packaged and it sounds amazing out of the box in FACGCE tuning I ve used Andertons numerous times before but this has been by far my best experience with them to date

So I ordered a bass I thought would suit me but overnight I realised that it might not be the best bet for me I contacted Andertons and they cancelled my purchase and refunded me immediately ZERO hassle This has made me think Andertons are customer focused despite technically losing a sale - I will definitely buy from them in the future when I find the right instrument for my needs and budget This is how it should be done and PMT online could learn a thing or two

I first became aware of Andertons through their YouTube videos which are often entertaining and informative As a result I eventually travelled to visit their store in 2021 and have bought in person from them Since then I ve bought from their website 4 times most recently in March 23 They ve always shipped the goods ordered online very efficiently the items were well packaged and delivery was fast I m happy with them It s all been a good experience for me so far
