Good price Filtering descriptions could be better

The price was good compared with booking direct with the car rental company The filtering was not as good as other rental search engines There did not seem to be any way to choose type of transmission number of doors etc Also it was unclear why some SUVs were listed with 4 doors and some with 5 Surely all SUVs have 5 doors

Trustworthy

Probably the most trustworthy rental agent worldwide Not the cheapest but they will not cheat on you They supply correct information You ll always get exactly what you have chosen and have paid for

Always on Track

i have been a customer for AutoEurope for a very long time I did try to venture towards other competitors but the assurance of the company makes me come back What I would change is the explanation maybe use more user friendly words and avoid technical jargon Thank You

Easy to use

Easy to use well displayed and informative site The only drawback is the slow streaming from the server which keep you waiting too long when you want to see the offers in certain car category

Left wondering

The booking process was simple and efficient We would have rated it higher except for the final message advising that we would be sent an email confirming the booking This has not arrived so we now have a small doubt about the reservation

Problem during reservation process

I encountered a problem during the reservation process which was not completed successfully The voucher issued was stating cancelled however my credit card was charged with the amount This caused me confusion and worries Anyway a valid voucher has been sent afteris an hour so everything is perfect now

Simple and fine

The procedure is simple easy to go through Process runs fast I would change only the step where you define who is actually paying and where to address the invoice in my case I personally - paid the invoice but I would like to have invoice addressed to my company Other things are as mentioned- very good

Good and honest

Although I think it was possible to have shaved a little off the price with a competitor I preferred to use Auto Europe as I have done for the last few years because they are great to deal with if you have to make any unforeseen changes or cancellations They are quick honest and understanding Also they refund your money not a voucher to be used later

It was relatively easy to cancel a booking and make a new one Still haven t received back the money for the one cancelled but it says it takes 5-10 working days Prices are competitive and company is reliable as I have discovered by making quite a few bookings over the years As a point of attention the reason I cancelled my booking was because it was easier and less costly than modifying an existing one initially I ve intended only to shorten the length of the booking by one day due to change of plans but that would have cost me more strange

With Auto Europe we have good experience Easy to find out car company price Condition is a bit more difficult Is there ag Dutch translation Slowly the annulation is less easy 48 instead of 24 hours is less atractive to book long time before departure
