Defective products and poor quality

Autonomous Ergo chairs are built with very poor quality and their customer service is the worst when it comes to product satisfaction We got a few chairs for our office and most of them were defective Some of them had different size arm rest height making it ergonomically difficult to use

Desk Damaged NO HELP from company

Desk arrived damaged reported to company and got NO SUPPORT over a month later trying to get company to return damaged delivery and they re extremely uncooperative Will have to pursue a chargeback with credit card Obvious this company does not care about the customer once sale is done AVOID BUYER BEWARE

Duy Huynh is a thief

These thieves stole from me and my son Shyam over 194K to date And they now have the guts to falsely claim that Autonomous has no relationship with MyConstant Why exactly would then MyConstant give out unauthorized unsecured loans to Autonomous alone out of the millions of other companies out there The other fact is that both companies are owned by Duy Huynh the Vietnamese thief and fraudster I m sure Autonomous would apologize like they did to others saying they have no relationship with MyConstant but we disagree and will certainly let the legal system decide These guys need to be locked up for a very long time and every penny taken from them to make the victim investors whole

Couldn t give this a zero or I would

Couldn t give this a zero or I would Continuously misnamed me and I had to submit a driver s license to prove my name before they d call me by my name Missing parts when it arrived Instructions are virtually impossible to follow Even their video online makes little sense since the holes aren t even drilled in the right place Finally got it assembled and it doesn t work Just avoid and go buy a desk elsewhere I ll never use this horrible company again

Deceptive practices

They bury a no return policy in fine print to pass off substandard goods despite the fact the top website bar says free 30-day trial during the entire checkout process with ZERO indication of a no return policy This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and several of the reviews on this page seem planted to boost ratings This is not an honest business

The quality of their products is atrocious

The quality of their products is atrocious I have had 2 backrests break over a 2 year period for my Ergo Chair 2 First time it was covered by my warranty however second time it broke just after my warranty had expired and I am now expected to pay 160 for a new backrest Surely a 400 chair should be able to last longer than a year Furthermore the responses from the customers service are clearly generated responses They do not take any details or explanations into consideration and simply give you a flat response Keep your money away from these guys

The owner of Autonomous

The owner of Autonomous Duy Huynh also owned another company which turned out to scam many innocent people out of millions of dollars I myself am fighting cancer and they stole my treatment funds I pray they are prosecuted as they re more or less giving me a death sentence

They don t honor warranty promise

They sell products with warranty but do not honor the warranty They keep saying that they re sending replacement but they give you the runaround of someone will send a confirmation by tomorrow but the confirmation is never sent I liked their early products but now they re selling complete garbage and ghost their customers when things fall apart

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service My desk arrived scratched and they would not replace it They only offered a 50 credit Additionally the owner runs a P2P crypto platform called MyConstant where I had thousands of dollars invested They were making risky investments and have now shut the platform down Very unlikely I ever receive my money back

They are selling rebranded cheap Chinese chairs for insane markups you can literally get the same chair directly from the manufacturer for half the price or even more This company was started through a cancelled phony Kickstarter campaign that raised funds for a product that already existed so already you are dealing with shady deceivers Negative reviews on their website are deleted to make you think all the reviews are amazing The company admitted on Reddit they did not care about the chairs their chairs they focus is on desks
