I don t have any issues with the top being scratched and Ive had my desk for over a year now The only issue I have is that when I raise my desk up it squeaks really really bad and I think a part is failing This actually started 2 months in and I ve only raised this desk probably 20 times since ive owned it

Edit They got it sorted out and I got my wares Still a bit confused but they try Would have been a non issue if I had gotten a shipping information Now there are a few new troubles but the Ergochair 2 is worth it Non existant customer Service Overcharged me ignored me taunted me I hope I will at least get my money back from this company Avoid at all cost

Ordered SmartDesk 2 White XL Top White Frame Package arrived damaged for the frame after waiting for a month Opened a ticket for replacement will update the review based on response from autonomous Update Got a very quick response from autonomous about replacement waiting for confirmation order Increasing rating based on response will update the review again once i get the replacement

Decent table but problems in shipping process
SmartDesk 2 Premium - very decent and solid construction worth the money Wobbles when lifted all the way up and for some reason it generates a lot of static electricity discharge when moving up down which I resolved by connecting one of the table screws to ESD grounding plug -1 I had problems with shipping initially as the company mistook the Invoice address with Shipping address but that has been resolved after 6 inquiries and 1 month -1

expected better quality from a 500 desk
purchased a smartdesk pro from this website about a year ago and the desktop is completely covered in marks from daily use which was not mentioned or covered in warranty personally I just expected a lot more from a desk at this price because I have had cheaper desks for longer and did not have this much visible use shown it s not a deal breaker just a disappointment and hopefully this motivates others to do a bit more research into alternatives like I did

I have an ErgoChair Pro The design and adjustability of the chair is excellent Comfort is good After a little over a year of daily use the seat bottom is losing some of it s cushioning The biggest problem is a plastic component at the base of the seat back that attaches the bottom of the seat back to the chair and provides some adjustability This part is not durable I ve broken two of them in less than 2 years The service both times has been excellent sending a replacement seat back very quickly both times I wish they could send just the broken part So to summarize chair design and service are excellent durability is not up to the 499 price

Ergo Recline Review
I bought the ergo recline and have been using for about 9 months Overall I think it is way overpriced and not very comfortable The Autonomous team does have responsive and friendly customer service but for 600 I would expect the chair to be much more comfortable It s also a difficult ab workout to recline the chair rendering the footrest a complete waist of money Cool company but not worth the money IMO

Planned Obsolesce
The products are ok for the price point but there s an obvious planned obsolesce issue where after the warranty is up 1 year the products start to malfunction don t hold up to the test of time 2 year product status Light bar flickering or just doesn t turn on now If you inquire as to how to fix replace the led bulb customer service tells you you re out of luck Better buy another lamp I guess Didn t even offer a coupon Corner standing desk black -Tabletop finish stains easily and is a fingerprint magnet -The end of the L where the two tabletop pieces are joined have never quite aligned been level but once you set everything up it s too tiring to think of returning it -The raising lowering mechanism stalls or just stops working intermittently -The cable caddy meant for wire organization is the worst most poorly designed one I ve come across Practically inaccessible -The paint on the feet legs is chipped very easily despite careful handling Ergo Chair Plus actually pretty good but I replaced the wheels with offbrand rollerblade wheels pretty early on I wouldn t recommend it for anyone under 5 5 wife is too short and it cuts off circulation to legs because of the hard lip of the seat One would expect smarter and studier design at this price point but it seems their money is aimed at marketing

Great Chair
The Kinn Chair is a really nice chair to sit in it s very comfortable I have a bad back and this chair is helpful to me causing no problems at all to it over extended periods of time The only downside of the chair was the assembly it was very difficult to get the back to fit and needed 2 people and a lot of force to get it aligned but once done your left with a great chair
