Not worth the price Dissatisfied since I m unable to find a sturdy keyboard tray since Autonomous doesn t have one Customer service wasn t even able to recommend one

I would really like to give 5 to Autonomous everything went great from the moment I placed the order to delivery The chair ErgoChair 2 is fantastic and the L-Shaped SmartDesk is super I love the design and the ensembling was not complicated Here is the big BUT the top of the desk Autonomous message on the page says Our tops are generally scratch-resistant that s the biggest BS it is not even a month of having this desk and is scratch everywhere it s like I m working in a body-shop and putting heavy tools on top of it every day in the process of getting better I used a furniture polish and made it worse Now I have a beautiful office with a desk that I bought a month ago that looks 50 years old big disappointment the chair is great though 5 to the chair

Chair showed up unstable Contacted Customer Support where it took them over a month longer than my return window to inform me that it was broken After telling me I need to send in the entire chair instead of just the broken part they just stopped responding Now what Wait another month or longer for them to send me a replacement chair Their desk is ok at best but I cannot recommend their chairs to anyone You can spend 1 3 the price on something from Amazon that is equal to if not better As a Disabled Veteran with Degenerative Disks I d say either go super cheap or save up for a top end chair Anything that would be considered mid tier like Autonomous Secretlab or anything in the 300- 500 price range just isn t as good

This is a dodgy company1 they show a 4 8 review of their products on their website - with no link to leave a review or information about where these reviews come from 2 they offer free returns within 15 days but dont tell you until AFTER you order what the terms of that are - including that if you spend more than 1000 basically 1 chair and 1 desk you aren t eligible for a refund In addition to that - the chair ergo pro is wobbly as hell back seat and arm rests Their documentation claims you can lock these from sliding side to side back and forwards - you CANNOT Their only saving grace is that their customer service does seem to be good Edit in response to their response I bought their products and received no review link - clearly they are cherry picking their reviewers

Ordered a Minn Chair 20th December Understand there was a back log but was give an estimated delivery of Feb 15th In January I received an email to say my chair had been delayed until Feb 15th which I already knew when I purchased in December so very confusing Comms A week before Im expecting the item to be shipped I have received an email saying it has been delayed until 30th March You should over estimate your backlog shipping dates Otherwise you end up sending out an email to people delaying the item every month leaving them disappointed I m perplexed how after 3 months you re still delaying these orders yet are still happy for people to order more on your website There was also no option of a refund in the latest email

Would have been 1 star because your customer service team is not able to resolve issues for customers who purchase dropship products I sent videos and was unable to get a resolution until 6 months later My SmartDesk Core by Autonomousx Wistopht Order 929796 was just a heavy desk without any sit stand or memory preset functionality See ticket Defective product 929796-1163962-DROPSHIP They sent me a replacement control box and keypad which I installed Up down didn t work smoothly - E05 errors every time I followed their reset instructions went back and forth with their China vendor team over a period of 6 months and finally figured out the issue I was messing up by long pressing the M button instead of pressing quickly once to set the preset I ll add 1 star due to the quick response times of the online chat and customer service reps like Josh and Becca who despite being unable to do anything on their end helped me communicate upstream to the vendor AOKE Otherwise horrible buying experience

Customer service was good But I didn t receive the free gift item worth 50 due to I ordered my item in non promotional time Please don t order any item in non- Promotional time Call customer care and ask for discount before you order

First year was great Second year the wheels needed to be replaced with higher quality ones Third year the base needed to be replaced why Cause it s cheap plastic The seat is great holds form over time but everything else starts to fall apart faster then I would believe for the price

I used multiple credit cards and multiple browsers It s taken me a week to finalize the payment it keep rejecting all of my cards finally have their customer service to finish the deal But Customer service Mei is being very helpful

purchased the MyoChair which was delivered in March it basically split in half by December I m not a particularly heavy person 185lbs and used it regularly during the week Don t buy poor quality I do admit it was comfortable for those 9 months but that s not a lifetime you expect of a chair
