AVOID THIS BANK
AVOID THIS BANK They don t care about their customers their wait hold times for a customer service rep are absolutely outrageous - almost an hour every time they aren t FDIC insured or back by any federal reserve and they WILL in fact charge you any fees anywhere they can With all the wonderful online only banks available today who do NOT charge any fees whatsoever there is no longer ANY reason to deal with this corporation

This bank deserves 0 star Customer service is the worse Branches cannot do anything for you Support phone number is terrible options are not even enumerated in the right order I don t even know how that s possible Your account gets locked regularly for no reason Took me 5 months to finally unlock it Don t put any money there

My 2nd attempt with BOW rocky start
My 2nd attempt with BOW only because they re directly across the street I opened my new account over 2 weeks ago and still haven t received my debit card I was told takes about a week After navigating through the telephone menu for a good 5 minutes I finally reach a person sort of the dial tone ends and I listen to what sounds like someone washing dishes for about 10 min Another 5 minutes of verifying who I am to be placed on hold for 35 minutes only to find out it takes 3 weeks for them to send a debit card out Ive been getting letter s every few days of them trying to sell me more things but 3 weeks just to get a debit card Very bad restart Also no way to transfer money out of the bank account to a different one they offer a service but its been down the length of my account Multiple ways to get money in I have to go inside the bank to get money out during business hours only of course

Pathetic customer service absolutely deplorable
It s shocking to experience such absolutely dismal incompetent utterly deplorable customer service The service is anything but Tried to open an online account for my daughter after she had already opened an account at a branch Ended up getting locked out after inputting -- correctly -- all details in the series of questions Then was asked to call their toll-free number and this is where the nightmares began 3 calls with over 2 hours of time wasted and each agent comes across as arrogant condescending incompetent ignorant and quite simply neither willing nor able to resolve a simple customer request Shudder to think how this bank has survived in the US for so long Have realized that it was my mistake to interact with this hopeless bank in the first place Do not bother opening an account here Stay away I never give such reviews but felt compelled to so it protects others who might be considering opening an account and end up wasting valuable time

I detest service with this bank Soo many issues and NO reliable customer service unprofessional at times lost money deposited would not respond to requests- from the top -down I had three accounts in three states and could not hardly wait to close all three Same NO service every bank This was on multiple occasions

Casper Wyomings customer service is horrible Bank manager never returned my calls Sweeps issues under the rug by not calling back very unconcerned about customers needs There needs to be more training in customer service Don t answer the phone and say anything and never have answer to where your account went No one can find it and they don t even know there bank codes so they can tell you where your money went Still waiting for the bank manger to call back it s been 24 hours and it Friday afternoon

Steer clear
After trying to pay off my RV loan for many weeks I found out that some of my payoff was being used for late charges that they claim I had from years ago rather than pay off the loan I was never notified of late charges the charges were not on my statement Customer service kept telling me to call back in 3 days I was so tired of trying to find someone in customer service who could help that I finally gave up and paid the fees I will never use them again

They re stealing money
Called to find out why the extra money that i m paying on my rv loan is all going to interest and not principal They hung up on me twice They said i had to send it to another address WHAT I ve had many loans in my life and the extra money always went to the principle They are stealing This is illegal We will be getting legal counsel on this

Horrible for car loans
Horrible for car loans Never sent me the title after 10 months When I called again today they told me I had to pay off over 500 of late fees to get the title I never incurred any late fees during the payment history was told during Covid we would not be charged late fees because my husband was furloughed Further more after the loan being paid off for over 10 month why wouldn t anyone call me email me send me a letter to tell me what was going on Nothing Crooks liars
