The experience I have had with Natwest bank has been excellent I have been with them for over 1 year and the staff I have found to be excellent After changing my phone today I struggled to reload my details onto the Natwest app I went into my branch in Prestwich Manchester and spoke to Edward Whitehead about my concerns Edward was truly excellent A really nice chap who was very knowledgeable and enjoyed helping customers THANKS ALOT EDWARD YOU ARE A TOTAL CREDIT TO NATWEST GROUP I would definitely recommend this bank to anybody thinking of joining

Excellent customer service
I called up NatWest online banking customer care and spoke with Aaron who helped me complete a balance transfer Aaron was really helpful polite and friendly which really makes difference as usually speaking to any customer care team in the evening they sound like they don t want to help but this was the complete opposite Thank you Aaron and I really hope this feedback gets back to you

Never had any problems with natwest I ve recently closed all current accounts and credit cards with them simply because there s better savings rates with other banks I ve found their customer service very good and always solved my queries

I have had a really good experience
I have had a really good experience dealing with NatWest I have been dealing with the mortgage side due to a sudden need to extend my lease before selling my flat very long story short out estate agent incorrectly stated that the lease was already extended so we re trying a rush job of extending the lease Everyone I have spoken to have been courteous and made me feel that they are actually going to go what they say and they have done I have got my consent form to extend my lease in a timely manner Thank you so much for all your help

Banked with Natwest for years and
Banked with Natwest for years and they ve always handled my accounts well Tried other online banks recently and they all lack good customer service At least with Natwest you have real people who are willing to do the work involved and to give good advice not chatbots or vapid airheads hiding behind a screen

I have complained to NatWest about the text box that accompanies Cora because it gets in the way when I want to pay or transfer money They tell me they will look into the possibility of improving our service I m amazed

The power of good complaints handling Had terrible trouble getting access to my account and a raft of substandard customer service experiences trying to sort it out including with their complaints process However I persevered and the complaint was eventually submitted Received a phone call from Louise who recovered and resolved the situation I ll probably still leave as their interest rates are poor but that is a separate thing
