Extensive range of goods and easy to locate what I needed which was one shower screen roller wheels unit Expensive at 21 because I chose unit for particular screen whereas much cheaper ones would almost certainly have been OK but p p was extortionate at 6 50 for a tiny bit of bubble wrap and plastic bag Appreciate is covers more than p p but

I liked the fact you had the items I wanted at a very keen price and response to Comms was fast the problem was I wanted advice on parts that I selected and you gave advice only it was misleading So I purchased on a feeling I had that the parts were correct that I had selected and ones you advised were incorrect I fitted the parts today they were perfect very happy customer Thank goodness I didn t use the part you advised I m sorry to be negative and if you hadn t requested again for feedback I would have kept quiet To sum up well done for stocking these rare parts DISSAPOINTED with the professional advise

Like the enormous selection of taps and components Liked being able to ask questions via email as it was difficult to identify the correct one Liked the fact I get a refund Downside Tap valves normally come in pairs The one I was recommended only came in singles But that wasn t obvious until it arrived Then I discovered I had a percussion type washer valve and only one When I wanted a ceramic quarter turn valve x 2 Downside I had to pay to return it Downside if I order another one and it s wrong I ll have to pay return postage again Although I will get a refund So I ll wait until I get the refund B4 I decide if I will order again

Website needs more info

Recommended me the wrong size part I took it on trust as product page had no dimensions listed Items returned and refunded but unfortunately I ended up paying the postage both ways

Warehouse could do better

Waited 2 months for our shower screen part to arrive into stock We was kept informed on the expected arrival date informed about dispatch Unfortunately the incorrect part arrived the part was incorrectly picked at the warehouse We emailed them and the correct part was quickly dispatched arrived well packaged We would definitely use again but they need to improve in the warehouse picking department This is why I m only leaving a 3 star review

Company sent the wrong part - not what was ordered However when I phoned about this they were helpful and sent the correct part the next day

Shower Door Parts

It took nearly 2 months to receive part of my order and its going to take another month to get the remainder but when I rang keiran was very helpful and apologetic on the length of time it was taking

A little disappointed as when l ordered

A little disappointed as when l ordered and paid for idea standard cartridge It was in stock Then you are waiting for it to come into stock You did send a email to say it would be out as soon as possible But l did need it and will now wait for it to come These things do happen

Quick delivery but high delivery charge

Ordered some fixing hinge for a duravit toilet seat As it is they were exorbitantly expensive On top of that was charged 6 50 for delivery - which I found really unfair as the item orders was small Otherwise delivered on time

Disappointed

The part I ordered did not fit my toilet seat so I will be returning it for a refund My fault completely
