Incorrect delivery times

Delivery said tracked 48 hours It was dispatched at 9am Wednesday 20th and still no sign on Sat 23rd Entered tracking number on Royal Mail and they haven t even received the item Just like many other companies they lie about delivery timesWill not use again

Poor customer experience false advertising

Part ordered took a lot longer to arrive than specified time due to illegible address shown on parcel Tracking info Provided by the supplier stated RETURNED TO SENDER DUE ADDRESS NOT FOUND In light of this i emailed the supplier who wouldn t send out a replacement advising that they had to receive it back from royal mail before Doing so despite the fact that my bathroom basin mixer tap was not working Poor customer service in my opinion and the part that eventually arrived was not as advertised Will not use this supplier again

Website is innacurate

As someone who wouldn t know I went to great lengths to find the exact model of shower valve for which I needed a replacement part I was delighted when this was clearly listed as compatible by Bathroom Spare Parts Needless to say it arrived later than expected and did not fit the shower model they claimed it did I lost return postage and the original postage which was more than 20 of the part itself not too mention the stress and time this wasted Conclusion being can t trust what s claimed on their website Would not use again

Use Di Vapor instead

Ordered a cartridge by BSParts advertised as for my shower In fact it didn t fit as apparently these change spec over the years Ok thats Fine but that should be made clear when buying and it isn t plus the part has no age specific labelling on it anyway Only fifteen quid but wasted a week messing about with this lot Avoid and just go to Di Vapor LTD

Spare part ordered did not fit

Spare part ordered did not fit no interest shown from Bathroom Spares just to return part for refund No point in re-ordering as that part would also not fit no suggestion from B S that they would delist the part although they indicated they were aware of the problem I had to pay a plumber for his wasted time no suggestion from B S that they would contribute to this

Poor website of available stock cynical

Zero information on the website if item is available This is not difficult to inform the client at point of inquiry all websites do it It is a cynical way of doing business once paid they have got you I ordered and paid shipping not cheap for a standard UK address 4 50 for a lightweight part Now I am at the mercy of the delivery I ordered on the 6th estimated 15th I would have ordered elsewhere if I had known Change your website to give accurate info

Part was ordered from the Netherlands It was held in customs with no advice from from the shop I only found out that I had to pay an additional 10 Euros Tax on a 10 part after an enquiry at the shop Probably the result of poor shipping documentation Dissapoi

Replacement Part is faulty tap

Replacement Part is faulty tap cartridge Had a plumber round to fit it who confirmed it was faulty Phoned Friday afternoon to report it and I have not heard anything at all Was told this is very unusual and they would contact Crosswater Family of four adults and no tap in the bathroom Very inconvenient

The instructions were very bad

The instructions were very bad useless in fact I followed the instructions and the holes to fit the toilet were completely in the wrong place and back to front so the seat will not fit on the WC pan and the problem cant be rectified making the toilet seat completely ruined and un-useable
