Poor Customer Service

I would not recommend this company The packaging tube I received from them showed no signs of having been tampered with en-route but proved to be completely empty The seal I had paid for was missing Unfortunately I did not open the tube for a while so when I brought the matter to Bathroom Spare Parts attention they chose to hide behind their Ts Cs which require the purchaser to check deliveries within 3 days An altogether poor customer service experience

Placed an order on 26th April for Ideal

Placed an order on 26th April for Ideal Standard Toilet syphon 80C 35 52 70D SV 92167 The website stated delivery on 28th April Then informed awaiting stock Emailed 28th April and tried to call no reply despite promise to respond All sales lines are busy I asked for committed delivery date or refund NO Reply Today 2nd May website promises delivery on 4th May if ordered by 3pm This company do not fulfil their contracts they are taking orders they cannot fulfil Do not do business with this company

2 weeks after the order without any

2 weeks after the order without any feedback about progress After chasing they apologise and say it will be 1 week then they can ship to me Then they cancel my order not by my request I then chase to ask why they cancelled and they say an error on their system which they can t undo So clearly they don t want the business better to go elsewhere Fingers crossed I actually get the refund or if they mess that up too Disappointing

Poor customer service

First order was lost by Evri I requested a refund but they just sent another one out still waiting over a week later for second one Customer service poor wouldn t buy from here again held up my renovations by a month so far and still not resolved I have no product and no refund

checked item was in stock on the Monday told it was in stock ordered the following morning received a tracking number Wednesday afternoon its now Friday afternoon not received the item and royal mail says We re expecting it More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network Will probably receive the typical response from the company saying it could be this it could be that but that wont really help me at all

As a customer buying spare parts I am definitely NOT happy

As a customer buying spare parts you have to remove the shrink wrap to fit the new part but as soon as you do you cannot return for a credit when you find that the replacement parts have been modified by the manufacturer but are still being sold as items that will fit Just short of 200 00 out of pocket Definitely NOT happy I am considering taking legal advice under the sale of goods act as they do not do what they are advertised as

Dispatch mucked up by warehouse move

Received prompt emails confirming order stock status and projection of delivery date Items have not arrived and called customer service Was told that all dispatches are 3 days behind due to warehouse move and that those prompt emails are automated and in this case totally misleading I am now very inconvenienced as it will be difficult to take delivery next week Will think twice about using Bathroom Spare Parts next time

2 weeks to ship my showing in stock order and 3 weeks to finally receive the ordered part S-0494992 Easier and more efficient to buy things from china than this company who seems to operate online trade as if it was still 1990

Useless

Easy to order part from you on 20 11 24 Received email from you on 21 11 24 to say item gone into despatch and I would receive within 1-3 days Nothing arrived within this time period but thought since there was a weekend in between will give you benefit of doubt Received a further email from you on 27 11 24 to say again item gone into despatch and would receive within 1-3 days This time you gave me a link to Post Office with PO number It is now 3 days since the instruction from you and I still have not received item To say I am disappointed is a major understatement I am furious It is 10 days since you told me it had gone into despatch and you claim to have a 48 hr delivery It is a joke I recommend avoiding this company If I could give zero stars I would

Don t buy if you want you parts anytime

Don t buy if you want you parts anytime soon Worst delivery experience - still not received my item more than a week after promised delivery date Given the purpose of the retailer is spare parts you generally order them when you need them not to keep them in stock Therefore on time dispatch and delivery is a fundamental part of the shop
