Fast despatch but slow delivery

Fast despatch but sent Wednesday arrived Tuesday Perhaps 2 harsh as they sent it tracked 24 on Royal Mail But having spent extra days enduring a dripping tap

I think they had forgotten about my order

Had a confirmation email when I ordered and then nothing I waited 3 weeks then emailed them Got a standard response then a couple of days later I got a email saying my item is in stock and will be dispatched soon Finally got my package after 4 weeks Not very impressed with the time taken and the total lack of communication

I ve still not received my order

I ve still not received my order Royal mail have said they tried to deliver twice but I ve been at home on both days Hopefully will pick parcel up from the post office tomorrow

Slow and late

Parts were ordered on 18 Feb and were in stock The due date for delivery was 21 Feb but in fact the parts were not in despatch until 20 Feb and were not actually despatched until 22 Feb They did not arrive until 24 Feb in spite of alleged Tracked 24 delivery Correct parts arrived well packaged Lots of e-mails giving info as above Despatch note quoted 21 Feb due date

Delivery package was not sealed incomplete

Delivery package was not sealed properly and partially open The package had been bashed about squashed and damaged The Dudley inlet valve did not come with silent flush attachment A pretty poor experience

Delivery ok but seriously 6 to deliver

Delivery ok but seriously 6 to deliver 2 small plastic tubes and to pay 30 for them is nothing more than a rip off couldnt find anywhere else but geez what is your margin on those items Is taking the mick

Expensive Postage for Small Items

Order placed on the 1st Nov arrived on the 6th 48h tracked Also in hindsight seems expensive at 4 50 postage for a couple of rubber washers 40mm diameter weighing less than 10 grams

Toilet seat finally arrived a month after order was placed Originally told it would be a few days No updates without me chasing and slow responses and ignored questions Overpriced postage too

Additional costs

Ordered expensive parts for a bathroom cabinet paid for items and delivery at checkout all fine so I thought 2 days later get an email to say our dispatch team have advised that the item is too large to post could I collect Bearing in mind I m in a different country as per the delivery address on the order Then got told I would have to pay additional delivery cost if I couldn t collected Then to make matter worse an import tax of 73 before DHL would deliver the item It would be extremely helpful if all this was done at the checkout so you know exactly what it s costing Get the feeling bathroom spare parts didn t care once order was placed

Still haven t received my item

Still haven t received my item Think this maybe as much to do with the courier but they choose the courier They have failed to deliver even though I have upload instructions for safe place
