My husband and I were not sure about a new built that had a lot of bad press but after we visited the show home and then spoke to Julie there were no doubts Julie knew answers or their location in massive folders and every time we asked a question answered with great detail about roof tiles radiator locations landscaping and species of the trees bird houses We were in awe of her expertise and how much thought Bellway put into their properties

I have recent moved into a new house in Phoenix Park Thame The whole experience from the first showing around had been fantastic Cat Francesca the sales advisers were brilliant very flexible to my needs and put themselves out to ensure my house was ready to move into ahead of schedule The site managers Bobby and Gareth have been great very attentive regularly checking that we were happy with everything in the house The house itself is lovely and finished to a very high standard The few minor snagging issues we had have all been dealt with speedily and efficiently and all the contractors who have attended have also be very experienced and helpful and happily dealt with any issues to a very high standard So far we have only had positive experiences and would thoroughly recommend this development
