So far so good

We just recently signed up a few months ago and I must say so far so good Bench is delivering an exceptional service It s easy scheduling a quick meeting with my bookkeeper for any questions or changes that need to be adjusted with our books it s also nice having a tax consultant who can answer any of our tax questions We re very grateful to have this service as our schedule is super busy it s a huge weight off our shoulders knowing we got professionals handling our bookkeeping and tax preparation so we can focus on our business Worth the money so far

You all have been so responsive

You all have been so responsive communicative and you followup politely but also actively so we can make certain filing and tax deadlines Plus every time I ve had an issue bc no company is perfect you all have quickly addressed it or helped me find a solution I d say the only downside is the syncing connection issues are a bit annoying when it comes to business credit cards and accounts Then I have to manual send you all statements That part could use some updating Otherwise your team has always answered questions and helped my team find a solution as quickly as possible Really happy with Bench s improvements over the years Thanks

Very responsive team and nice online dashboards

They are very responsive when I ask a question and also good about letting me know if I need to take any action on my part The online platform and dashboards are great for quickly seeing how your business is doing and overall just keeping an eye on your finances and expenses

Great Experience

Bench has made my bookkeeping extremely simple The onboarding process was very thorough Although it did seem like a few small details got lost in translation through the multiple people I spoke with to get started however that was an easy fix once I got to speaking with my bookkeeper Every month they request the documents they need and voila everything is entered and is easily translated for me Highly recommend
