Have used Bench for many years

I ve been with Bench for years I found them when I fouled up my books using a DIY software They gave me a free month and I then I had them retroactively clean up my books back two years at a discount I now use them for two businesses It has saved me hundreds of hours and costly mistakes I recommend them to all of my clients and colleagues Genuinely a great service for much less than an in-house bookkeeper would cost with all the benefits of accurate reporting and bookkeeping and tax time is a breeze

I m genuinely blown away with the level of service and friendliness provided by Bench Accounting I ve have spent the last 2 years having terrible crying worthy experiences with bookkeepers Starting with the initial phone call with Bench I was impressed And they didn t disappoint in getting my entire last year s books up to date and completed Everyone I have worked with so far has been at a level of service that I didn t know still existed in today s world The software is easy to use all the information is at my fingertips This was a worthy investment for my business and my peace of mind Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy bookkeeping service

I really love Bench because of all they do

I really love Bench because they do all the work that I hate I m terrible with tracking my transactions and the calculations needed to do bookkeeping well Their communication is great and I feel like I have a team helping me with my business

Very Efficient and Attentive team

I appreciate how attentive the team is to reach back out with an answer to any of our request in such a timely manner We no longer face the stress of having to wait 3 or 4 days for a follow up I absolutely love the simplicity of the Bench app and the care the team has for their clients

This team has been nothing but 100 on it I ve been super busy and traveling but their accountability has resulted in years of being behind to come to an end I m finally caught up on my accounting and I couldn t be more relieved Thank you Bench Team

The less time I spend on my accounting the better

There is a team of professionals keeping me in check and on track It helps that my credit cards checking account and other info is linked directly to my Bench account thus automating everything as much as possible The system lets me review and categorize everything very quickly The less time I spend on my accounting the better

Great value for a small lifestyle e-commerce business

My wife and I solely operate an e-commerce business Bench has been wonderful for us We receive simple to understand and timely monthly financials and our tax package compiled every year at a very reasonable rate Our accountant Nicole has been great to work with and very responsive
