After contacting BC because there was a delivery issue with my order they are in constant contact with me trying to help with finding my package since this is an International delivery

The lady in the shop was very helpful and I like what I bought Since then I have seen what I bought for less EUR than I paid GBP in a very expensive store in Vienna The UK is soooooo expensive

Mixed bag

I ordered from Biscuit online after finding out that their Thistle Street shop had closed on a recent trip to Edinburgh though it s still listed on the website I can t fault their service at all and my order was shipped quickly I am a bit disappointed with the quality of a Project AJ117 jumper that I bought however it has bobbled after one wear I m not sure if this is an anomaly as I have bought other items from this brand that I absolutely love

Prompt and efficient service and delivery Considering delivery is 4 95 for orders under 150 it would be nice to be offered free returns from your online store as it could be costly to make an error in sizing etc by the time you ve sent something back and had to pay postage for that too Lovely range of products I wish you had a store nearer me
