I don t usually give bad reviews but I was a bit disappointed to be honest The coat itself seemed a little bit cheaply made and thin and the label was tied on with string and handwritten almost as if were new second hand and sent on from a private seller The tissue paper and plastic it came in was all torn and generally the whole experience had a vibe of disappointment You might say it serves me right for only spending 200 instead of the 300 I spent last season for a Lululemon cloudscape wrap which was spectacular in comparison but was ripped by dogs But 200 is still a lot of money for me The zip is exposed down the front too which made it feel slightly cheaper Oh well It s not terrible and I m not sending it back so perhaps I ve no right to complain I won t be buying from the same place again I will wear the coat but without delight I hope it s at least warm

Staff are rather keen on selling items that are not the best colour fit or style for the shopper giving the impression they are only after a sale and not working with the shopper in selecting the correct garment

Although the younger weekend members of staff are lovely the manager of this shop is really rude I really like some of the stock in this shop but the way you are treated as a customer is just not up to standard which is disappointing

Dress arrived stained but I bought it from the charity red Cross sale so no refunds Not too fussed as the point is about charity but I was also hoping to get a dress I could wear out in public out of it Really nice idea to have the sale for Ukraine however it felt like you sold unsellable garments as part of it

You put the price of the article on the Customs Form on the envelope and I was charged an additional 28 before the parcel was delivered So in future do not quote the price on the declaration or put a lower amount to save customers like me being charged such a high customs fee It ruined the joy of getting the scarf as I felt ripped off Thanks
