I was shipped the wrong size in the item I ordered and have sent two follow up requests with no response to either one of them Customer service is non existent

Really poor customer service

I ordered two of one item I was charged for two but only one was delivered I emailed to ask for a refund or replacement and nobody replied to me

Bought an item of clothing which had clearly been worn before The stitched label was half hanging off and there were no other card labels attached to it as is normal for designer items The customer service person assured me that all items go through quality control before being dispatched This is clearly untrue They should advertise used imperfect items as such I won t be buying from them again as I don t trust the company

We all have views on what s happening in Israel I don t want to hear the assistants views when I m trying to buy some work clothes I always visit this store when I visit Edinburgh and have purchased and felt happy before but this time left without purchasing There s a time and a place and a clothes shopping venue isn t the place
