The items arrived really quickly and very nicely packaged my only criticism is that the trousers purchased were too big they arrived on the 31st December and the latest date to return the item is the 9th January and I have only just noticed this so I am unable to return them

The order took ages to get from Edinburgh to Glasgow and I was sent a broken Xmas ornament and the wrong color hair claw Everything was easy to return or exchange at the Glasgow shop luckily but maybe the holiday rush made things a little haphazard Also really wished click and collect was an option for items from Edinburgh to pick up in Glasgow Surely someone must go between the shops regularly

Lovely trousers

Items I ordered were two pairs of trousers They were packed really well and arrived quickly Unfortunately part of my order was incorrect and had a button missing so had to send it back but the other part was amazing Thank you

Great little dress - too sheer for me

Great little dress but too sheer for me so I returned Generous sizing and pretty colour but reminded me a little of nightwear

Overall my experience with Biscuit was good I got a good discount on a product I d been looking for and dispatch was quick It was a shame I had the wrong item delivered initially but the mix up was fixed with ease once I spoke to the store and the right product was shipped straight out to me with a returns label included for me to send the other item back Many thanks to Alice for getting things sorted out so efficiently

Check the size on the item matches your order

I would have given five stars but after removing the labels and wearing one pair of trousers I realised that the wrong size to what I ordered had been sent It s not a huge problem but wonder what the size I d ordered might have been like
