Important update I want to thank Bitstamp and its support team for their help honest and reliability as they returned my money after being transfered to my old BTC address by mistake Really their assistance and concern is highly appreciated First of all my bitstamp user id is 113010Support ticket BIT-1628475I transfered 0 03914575 BTC by mistake to my previous btc address on bitstamp two months ago I send to them many times to return the money and one of their representitives asked me to send him a btc address to return it but after that they didn t respond to my messages and they didn t return my funds till now Of course they are not honest not safe and not reliable at all they took my money without any right to do that I wonder how to be with them for more than 4 years and finally they stole my money They always said we are 1 and we protect our customers money but nothing from what they said is real they are a very big cheaters one day I trusted them but really they are not trustworthy and they are not cabaple of keeping their customers trust I want to contact one of their supervisors if they are really a trustworthy exchange my problem will not take more than 30 minutes to be resolved

I ve had an account with Bitstamp for about 3 years They have always had real people to support me available unlike many other exchanges In the early going I had a transfer in USD via ACH go awry because it did not show up with my name on it had the banks name on it It was a significant sum I was worried of course but in the end they told me what I needed to provide to get it credited to my account With my bank s help I was able to provide that and the money showed up I have since used them for several other transactions in both USD and GBP and it has gone well in all of them RE their recent inactivity fee if you have assets fiat and or crypto over their minimum amount you will not be charged the fee You can also buy some coins to stake and the staking rewards you receive will qualify as account activity I continue to feel good about these people at Bitstamp and they are the only crypto exchange that has allowed me to make use of my bank accounts in both USA and UK which is worth a lot to someone who is a USA citizen living in UK

Ms Kristina was very nice to ask me many security questions and listen to my answers patiently Even though the security questions used a lot of my time but I like the way of security

Bitstamp is the best platform that I have used for crypto transactions Their support team is very responsive and provides helpful detailed information I highly recommend them
