Bitstamp is a keeper

Bitstamp customer service is responsive and genuine The exchange trading is easy to use and the fees are very reasonable I have used many of the cryptocurrency exchanges in this one ranks at the top Although the cryptocurrencies to be traded are limited it is safe and secure The format is simple and funding is immediate Highly recommended

I have been a client of Bitstamp for about 4 years and honestly I do not understand all these negative reviews on Trustpilot They are very thorough and highly geared on security From a customer s point of view knowing that your assets are held by such a security conscious company is very reassuring Their customer service is always helpful and trading always easy I would highly recommend them

I ve been using Bitstamp since 2016 and it has always been a solid platform with a user friendly interface The App has continued that simplicity or if you chose you can go to the Pro version The choice of coins now has also increased and it s good to be able to expand your portfolio on the same platform

My Experience with KYC and withdrawals

I created my account on Bitstamp in 2018 but began using it actively in 2020 when the last bull run cycle started I had to complete KYC twice but if I remember correctly they sent me an advanced email warning that they would disable orders withdrawals unless I completed it After submitting all required documents I was able to withdraw crypto and fiat multiple times without any issues

Seems like most of the 1 stars here never used Bitstamp I did both deposits and withdrawals with zero problem withdrawal was shockingly almost real time and low commissions I purchased Bitcoin both market and limit with 0 3 commission that s quite high but at least it was 100 transparent Two factors authentication Easy-to-use use
