this app made me loss with wrong transaction price

i bought lmwr today 3rd of april 2024 at 16 50 clock the price was 1 5183 however system registered as execution price as 1 70 in 3 part of purchase so i made automatically loss due to system s mistake please correct this immediately you made me bought in higher price although it was cheaper price on transaction date and time

Could do much better

I accidentally transferred a non-supported currency - they only support USD and EU and only EU for SEPA I had assumed Bitstamp being a trading platform would be able to do currency exchange Turns out they don t 2 days after leaving my bank account there was still no sign of the funds in my Bitstamp account I raised a support ticket 48 hours later still no response on the ticket Funds still nowhere to be seen I rang them We only support EU for SEPA The funds will be returned to you Any idea when they have been sitting in Bitstamps bank account for 4 days at this point No maybe tomorrow maybe day after I guess they are still going since every other platform is just as poor at customer service deposits withdrawals

I just opened an account

I just opened an account transfered bitcoins from coinbase and bought 500 xrp After my phone reset itself i lost 2 factor authentication I had also lost the extra code Ive been emailing them trying to get a response for 2 weeks now They have sent no emails to me besides the confirmations of my emails I am not getting any response from them what so ever I would not trust this company If you have any issue you will no have access to you money At this point I do not know if I will get anything back If i did I would keep the funds in a separate wallet Edit they fixed this after a long period of time Not with any notification but I ended up seeing there changed policy online

Poor Customer Handling and Obsolete Fee Tier System

I recently issued an order to purchase BTC for more than 10K in different instances I only realized at the end that I got charged the full fee of 0 5 since the system takes some minutes to adjust your account to the next fee tier I opened a ticket to request a refund of the extra fees that I got charged This would have only been fair since this is an handicap on their end In other competitors you get adjusted instantaneously They denied my request and closed the ticket without giving me the chance to reply A little disappointed Considering the competition this is a poor way of handling your customer base For the next purchases I will move on to other exchanges and advise to stay away from Bitstamp

I can t withdraw my crypto

I can t withdraw my crypto Tried ALGO and now XLM Not enough coins available Try XRP then not enough coins Sell back to GBP then at last I can withdraw back to bank account Lets see how long that takes

The support was really bad

The support was really bad I had made a trade and it did not execute even though it said it was confirmed didn t really get help on the matter and they said it could just be a mistake but it has happened yet again so I won t be using them any longer

Customer support is just terrible

Customer support is just terrible takes 3 days to respond is anonymous repeatedly does not indicate the problem with documents provided when asked for specifics I suspect some diversity quotas The platform itself has not failed me yet but I am beginning to worry

Very poor customer service

After opening my account with Bitstamp I attempted to go through the verification process Despite submitting the required evidence there seemed to be a problem completing the process I then contacted their support team who took 11 days to get back to me the first time after chasing I then received a blanket reply that did not answer my query After trying to contact the support team again and not receiving a reply for another week I eventually gave up and opened an account with a competitor instead Very poor customer service

I lost my cell phone with the 2FA on

I lost my cell phone with the 2FA on it I have submitted a picture of myself holding my passport photo with the current date and For Bitstamp Only twice already so I can get 2FA on my new phone otherwise I can t access my account I keep getting a response email that says Your request is denied because your photo does not meet our requirements It never says WHY it doesn t meet the requirements I can t fixed the issue if you don t tell me the SPECIFIC problem with the photo This is under ticket s BIT-34339 and BIT-32172 Please help

I am currently new on BTC

I am currently new on BTC but I just have done all the registering processes on Bitstamp I am interested to exchange my BTC and transfer to my Bank account in Mozambique- Africa But these comments scare me to start the business with Bitstamp For me looks great and platform as has all services the one need But I am scaring that I will start the process and lose my money Is there someone who can advise a good exchange platform where I can convert my BTC and send cash to my Bank account Otherwise I will have to try on Bitstamp
